Wonderful experience! Made special arrangements to come out right away because I thought I was having a problem. The guys were on time and explained everything to me including answering all my questions. I'm going to have some more work soon and will only call Estes!

The communication was efficient and timely. The technicians arrived when they said they would AND they were quick, respectful and very clear on the issue. They fixed the problem and it was cheaper than anticipated. I would use Estes Heating and Air every time! Very pleased!

I contacted Estes Heating & Air for a quote on duct work/ac unit replacement. Chris Estes was very knowledgeable, professional, & thorough. I live in a two-story & had questions about the ductwork downstairs, if necessary to replace it, as well as upstairs. Chris explained what he would do & why. I also asked about attic insulation & he answered all questions with ease.

Justin was very patient and helpful with my many questions while deciding on an air purifier. Brian worked late to get the duct replacement job done on time. Chris followed up to tweak the air flow. I've switched to Estes for seasonal maintenance.
