I have had two systems installed and maintained by Estes over 15 years. There have been some issues, but they are always responsive and quick to fix any problems.

Estes Heating and Air is great! Lisa in the office is so friendly, efficient and helpful. She made sure that my cooling needs were taken care of right away during the hottest time of the year. In addition, the on call technician, Miguel, was extremely courteous, even though I was not at my best when I called. I really appreciated them both giving me some tips to get my system running again till they came out. That's wonderful customer service and I really appreciated it! In addition, Gerald, who has performed my semi annual maintenance contract check ups has always been extremely friendly and helpful when he's come out. If he hadn't explained the float switch to my son the last time he performed a preventative maintenance service, we wouldn't have been able to do the temporary fix when our unit stopped working last night. I highly recommend getting a preventative maintenance contract. It will help your system to run much more efficiently as well as helping to prevent breakdowns in the future. Estes customer service was outstanding the air conditioning tech that came to my home was very knowledgeable very professional and had me back up and running within two hours, their customer service knocked it out of the park, they beat that other company with the fake super hero hands down!
