Nathan was right on time (window of 8 am to 10 am and arrived at our home a little after 8 am). Nathan and the other gentleman worked as a team; one on the inside and one outside. The job was completed quickly and they cleaned everything up when they were finished. Nathan also took the time to explain everything. Finally, the price from Estes was extremely competitive .

Estes was quick, efficient, informative, and nice. Highly recommend.

Pay for annual service contract. Had to pay separate for leak test. Would rather pay a bit more for service contract to include items like this. After all, isn’t this servicing the AC unit ?

Hard to find someone who understands water source heat pumps. Ron is very knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He fixed it quickly and waited to confirm that it solved the problem. Will definitely use Estes again.

Once again, Ron to the rescue! The A/C wasn’t cooling. I called their office and Ron was here in an hour to clear some gunk out of my drain line and reset the float switch. It was a quick fix, thank goodness. All is cool. ;-))

The service representative Jon provided excellent service. Even though this was an emergency service order, Jon arrived in the committed time. Jon explained exactly what had caused my unit to stop working and made the required adjustment. I was pleased with his work and the fact he did not take advantage of me as a female home owner. I definitely recommend Estes.

Gerald from Estees has kept my old AC /heating unit running for the past 4 1/2 years. I just had a much needed new one installed and Estees went above and beyond to make sure that the job was completed to my satisfaction. They practically built a new closet to hold my new unit! My new unit is quiet and much more efficient. Chris and Justin were professional and accommodating honest and reliable. I highly recommend them for a high quality, affordable and professional job!
