After a HORRIBLE experience with another company I called Ace. Tiffany was amazing on the phone. She quoted me a price for repairing my Whirlpool Cabrio Washing Machine that most other appliance repair shops do not repair. Gary came out the next day at the time quoted. He even called to let me know he was on his way. Gary made the repair quickly, politely, and professionally and then collected the amount that I was quoted by Tiffany. I HIGHLY recommend these folks, especially after dealing with another company for 6 days with no results!

Great place to get the parts for most or all of your appliances at a reasonable price. Kristy was very helpful in taking care of all of the appliances needs.

Be careful not to listen to any advice from these ace _______s.
They told me home Depot thermostats usually won't work with heat pumps though labeled for heat pump system. Said caused exactly symptoms I experienced. So I bought one from them twice home Depot price and had exactly same symptoms as before. Next day refused refund or a credit .

If you want a company that caries no parts and will take at least two visits then you can come to the right place. You can give them the model # and serial # and exactly what is broke on your appliance think have any parts, NO. The service will show up yep that is what I thought, we have to order the part. They will give a day when it will be in their store. Do not believe this as they tell you what you want to hear. They will even say we will put a rush on the item again tell you what you want to hear. Only thing they tell you that is correct is the Service Charge Fee. I have used them 4 times and 4 times the same experience. I have used this company for my last time. Again the only thing they can tell the truth is the Service Fee other than that they tell you what you want to hear.

Recently had an inverter problem on my refrigerator, Ace was the only person in town with the part and they also had a great price. The young lady at the counter was very helpful and thanks to the gentleman who came up from the back of the store to help explain how to hook it up correctly. Great bunch there!

Ace found parts for my rv ac unit been going there for about a year always treated nice today picked up some parts for my rv the lady that helped me never said thank you or have a nice day was not used to that as a customer but will continue to use this business

If you need refrigerator repair CALL ACE Heating and Air. Gary worked on my frig for a few minutes and done. I was so impressed with this company and have their sticker on my frig for emergencies. Thanks Ace and Gary for promptness, professionalism and timely.

Tired of the big companies that send questionable workers who fix things with duct tape? Well these guys are the answer! This company helped us out in a bind. The entire staff was very helpful even with all this madness going on. Staff showed up ready to work and had us up and running in no time. They will our go to from now on. Good job guys.

I just experienced another reason small business should not be supported. After making a purchase at this place on Monday and trying to return it today (Wednesday) because it was to large still new still in box I was told we do not take returns and with a receipt. My advise to anyone going to this business is go somewhere else like Home Depot, Lowes or Proctor Ace. I was able to get the exact item I need at Proctor Ace for a 1/3 of the price I pay this business. The only reason I when was to try and support little business but as alway small business make a habit of f*&#ing you over. I will never go to this place again and I will suring tell everyone I know to never to business there.

We arrived at our family condo on 7/1/2016 in Fernandina to find the the refrigerator had stopped working. After calling multiple places we finally found someone who could come out on the 2nd. The tech, named Gary, said he would be there between 7:30 and 8:30. He called closer to 9 saying he was running late. He showed up around 9:15, looked at the fridge, told us what the problem was, located the part, then told us WE would have to go pick the part up because he had plans to go to the beach. He left around 9:30 and said he'd call us in 15 minutes or so once he got in touch with "his guy" at the parts store to have him put the part on the ACE account. At 11 we had to call him. He told us the part would be put on the ACE account and that we just needed to pick it up. He then told us if he didn't drink too much, he'd come back that afternoon and install the part, otherwise it would be the next day. We practically had to pry a time frame out of this guy. At this point I was done with the complete lack of professionalism, we paid for the part ourselves and I decided to install the part myself. 20 minutes later, the fridge was up and running. I'm sure the tech was fully competent as he diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately. I just have a real problem paying companies who seem uninterested in the work.
