Great customer service. Reminded me of the parts places of old - helpful, friendly, and patient. I needed a part for my a/c. Called them and they had it. Told them it would be a few hours before I got there. Never gave name or specific information. Arrived several hours later. Mentioned the part I had called about. She reached behind the counter and put it up on the counter having already pulled it for me. Just something "extra" it seemed. I will definitely remember and use them should the need arise again.

I originally used Ace to get a replacement fan motor for my air handler, and started using their service department for any issues that were out of my ability with my heat/ac unit. They always seem to be able to get a tech to you the same day you call, even on days where I'm sure everyone else in the city is having ac issues (july and august). The techs diagnose the issues very quickly, are well experienced in the products of different manufacturers, won't push services, or unnecessary parts on you. Very trustworthy, and I've let them inside my home when I was at work. They always leave the work area clean, installs and repairs are top notch with good attention to detail, and what you get from them compared to what they charge is always a great value. Thanks to Troy and Greg for the great work they did!!

I was having issues with my A/C over the past few weeks. I called Ace to come out and give me an estimate for replacing it completely after having bought individual items for my A/C from their store. They came out and listened to my problem and honestly assessed that I likely didn't need a new system, the tech informed me on what I need to do to fix my current problems. I bought the required parts and fixed my system myself. All in all, Ace saved me from spending an unnecessary $4000 dollars. Like I mentioned before I've bought parts from their store directly before and was greeted in person and on the phone with professional and helpful clerks. Highly recommend them across the board!

My AC went out in March. Ace Air Conditioning came highly recommended. Troy came out, he was very nice and personable. He was concerned my compressor was bad but he couldn't get it to run long enough to really tell if it was working properly. He made multiple attempts. Troy was very informative and advised me of my options. I decided to proceed with a whole new unit. A co-worker of mine recently had to replace her unit and one of the local companies came out and quoted her approximately $10,000 for 1800sq ft home. Pricing was fair and no where near $10,000. His guys came out and installed everything. I live in a townhome and the way everything is laid out, he was pretty sure he would have to cut my screen on my patio as it left very little room to work. His guys were awesome. Of course, I gave them full permission to cut the screen but they replaced it without cutting the screen. They followed up with me to make sure I wasn't having any problems. Great work, Great Price and Great customer service. You really can't beat that. I would highly recommend these guys.

Thank you Ace for being a professional, top notch, dependable company. You received the call this morning about my downstairs AC unit not working properly and within two hours had Troy one of the most Awesome technicians come out to check out the problem. To my surprise when I answered the door it was the same Troy for a few months ago who had replace the AC thermostat on the same unit we were having the issue with. When I tell you he is so knowledge about his profession that he was able to figure out what was wrong, repair the outside unit and to top that off remove and replace the non working fan inside of the handler
I cannot say enough about how GREAT TROY is enough.... Thank you for making my Friday Wonderful Troy!

An Ace technician came to my house the same day I called for service. My 3.5 ton AC unit had quit working. It turned out that a safety device was triggering the stop due to depleted freon. Troy, (the technician) traced the problem to a leaking coil in my attic air handler. He took me through the troubleshooting process and let me see the diagnostics device readouts to show the problem. He worked with his contacts to find the most economical way to replace the coil. He drew up a few options for my wife and I to take to get a working AC unit again. My wife and I decided that it would be better to simply replace the whole system because simply replacing the coil was 50% of the cost of system replacement (our system was 10 years old already). Within two days two very hard working HVAC techs installed a whole new Goodman 3.5 ton system within 1/2 a day. They vacuumed up the mess and guided me through how to best do my own service.

I thought this was a very fair transaction. The service was top-notch and professional. I didn't get the snake-oil-salesman vibe I get from most mechanical service companies I've had in the past. I truly believe I was not "oversold" on items I didn't need. Additionally, the original service call fee was doped and there were no "surprise" fees upon payment. Everything that was agreed upon was done with no pressure. I'll use these guys again if the need arises.

Had one of the big companies come out to fix my system, spent 2 1/2 hours rewiring the float switch, replaced capacitor, unclogged drain line and decided system had bad compressor valve with quote to replace compressor for $2301. Ace came out to give quote to replace the whole system, asked if I wanted him to double check that system needed replacing, found that the compressor was short cycling during the previous techs visit and only needed time to reset to start cooling again, previous tech told me to leave the system off because it was not cooling which it wasn't. Ace started the system up and it worked fine, it was short cycling because clogged drain line I believe. I waited a month to give review to make sure the system keep working and it has. 5 stars for saving me at least $2301.00

Had a Frigidaire refrigerator go bad. Across two weeks and 4 visits and almost getting it fixed I lost 2 refrigerators full of food. but when Ace determined they could not do a permanent fix they did refund IN FULL there charges to me. I was out the large amount of money in groceries but the refund went a long way in helping me buy a new refrigerator and restoring my faith in these guys..

Literally had a tree frog arc between capacitor (compressor side) and ground the unit. I thought I needed a new capacitor. However instead of just selling me what I asked for, they tested and found it to be good. They spent time going through diagnosis with me and options to try. Ultimately they were correct, I spent nothing, they made nothing, yet it was if I had spent a lot. Any future issues, I will always go to Ace First. Great people!
