We have been with Aztil for around 25 years, constantly renewing our service contract, when it expires. I’ve never had any issues until recent events.
I purchased a stove roughly a year ago and it has an issue which need to be serviced. They sent someone out very quickly to assess the issue and told us the part needed has to be imported and that it would take sometime. After 4 weeks and no updates, i called only to get screamed at and hung up on 4 times. As a result, i left a negative review on google and instantly they called.
While still waiting, other appliances started having issues. Called again for service, spoke to the manager Luis, who was extremely rude and refuse to inform how much longer I’m still in contract. While still under contract, he threatened that they would not send anyone out until the negative review was removed.
After a few moments of talking, the negative review was removed they sent someone out to reassess my stove, fridge and also dryer. The guy told me they’d call in a day or two which hasnt happened and now they ignore us completely.
After 8 weeks, I currently have to spend money buying bottled water because they shut off the water/ice switch. My dryer still does not heat up and my stove is still not working.
As of today, 10/20/21 I’ve been in contact with other companies to service my appliances.
Update, I’m done with this company, I’d already file complaints to different governments agency.

A technician went to my home with only my wife home. He advised that we needed a new unit because the unit we had was old. He didn't try to fix anything. Then he went outside after he got paid for the service call and my wife caught him turning off the unit outside. Then starting telling her that unit might not be working because of rust. She had advised him that freon was needed and that we wanted the 2 year maintenance contract. He proceeded to tell her that he was not there for that. Total ripoff. It sounds like he was crippling the unit to make us buy another one.

We are new to Florida. My neighbor recommended Aztil for duct work cleaning. I could not have been more pleased. Paul G. showed up right on time, was very pleasant and professional. He inspected our air conditioner and advised us on how to proceed to eliminate mold and keep our air fresh and germ free. Paul was efficient and quite knowledgeable. Paul is an excellent representative for Aztil. I would recommend Aztil without hesitation.

Difficult to schedule installation appointments but the installation techs were hard working, informative, and did a great job. My new AC system is fantastic.

The Technician that serviced our AC Juan Ortega was very knowledgeable . He explained all the varies parts of the system and what needs additional services. Certainly professional. He was on time!
All in all he was the best technician we have met from Aztil over the last two years.
We also appreciate the owner's response to our previous complaint. He responded immediately and took care of the issues we wrote about. This goes a long ways to establishing goodwill.

Aztil is the best. I called for an emergency a week ago the a/c was acting up. Juan came out at 9pm, which we were very thankful. He fixed the problem and explained how important the maintenance is. He helped us sign up for the service agreement which really makes sense. We had an odor in the house, thought it was a/c related and together we discovered that it is the new furniture. It’s the customer service that satisfies my family and I. He even stayed and gave us some tips to help with odor. Thank you Juan and thank you Aztil.
