Aztil Air Conditioning

I have a service contract with Aztil, which I have had to use on various appliances. They always come in a timely fashion and do quality work. Today, Rick repaired my central AC. I am so thankful for his work ethics! It’s brutally hot, but he worked outside on the unit for three solid hours. Management was very kind to me as well, since I had to wait three days for a part to come from out of state. Great company! I’m grateful!

AC Tech Juan came at the time that they said he would be there. thats a big plus!. He spoke to my wife and gave her a very good explanation on why we were having problems with one of the two AC unit. He then called me at work and gave me the same expalnation. He had to let the ice melt off the evaporator and and that he would be back about three hours. He came back and fixed my unit. It now blows real cold and he said he would be back a few days from now to check to see if fix worked and to check if it has lost any freon from any other leaks.
While he was there he checked on the other unit and serviced it as well.

My parents have had a service contract with Aztil for I believe over 20 years. As they got older, I started managing their affairs. Unfortunately, we hear stories of vendors taking advantage of the elderly. Aztil came twice a year to perform routine maintenance on their unit. Each time the service tech was there, my Mom would call and have me speak with them. The service tech was always kind, professional and reassured me that everything was OK with the unit. My dad passed five years ago. I was reconciling my mother's checking account and saw a check to Aztil for a contract renewal if I recall for 5 years. At the time my mother was 90. I immediately called and spoke with the owner. He justified why it was important that my mother should renew the contract at her age and added that the contract is transferable if we should sell the house. I was so impressed with his professionalism, his sincerity for my mother's well being and honesty. Telling it like it is. A year ago, my mom moved into an Assisted Living Facility. Her unit sold in less that two weeks. The realtor told me one of the selling points was the the AC was properly maintain (my mother saved every pink service invoice next to the unit) and there remained several years on the contract that came with the house.

As a result of my dealings with Aztil for my parents, I purchased my own service contract. I had a clogged drain line and water in the garage. A tech was at my door in less that 3 hours.

I know this is a lengthy review, in these precarious times it is good to know there is a company such as Aztil. As constant as the North Star. You just have to call and they are always there.

I have had a full service contract with Aztil including pool heater. The heater wasn't working and all my a/c units hadn't been serviced in a year because of Covid. I called for service and Brandon Brown, their technician came on time. He was a perfect gentleman. Clean cut, well spoken, polite and explained everything he found and serviced. He found the problem with my pool heat pump and came back a few days later in installed the parts. Initially he serviced my 3 a/c/ units. He is the ideal service technician. Even though my service contract had time to go on it. I decided to renew it for another 2 1/2 years because of Brandon. He is a 5 star tech and Aztil is lucky to have him.

As you can see, I have provided Aztil Air Conditioning with the highest rating and checked all of the characteristics they have shown over the years. I am a long-term and highly satisfied customer of Aztil Air Conditioning for over 10 years. I purchased a new air conditioning system from them 10 years ago and have entered into two long term (5 year) service contracts. During this time their technicians have provided semi-annual service to our AC unit as well as quickly responding to calls for emergency service when there were problems with the AC unit. In addition, we have used them to provide plumbing repairs.to our toilets.
When I call for service, the Aztil Service Representatives give me a window in which their technicians will arrive. This allows me to plan my day, and If there is a problem, they call and we make adjustments. Their technicians update me as to what they have had to do and make recommendations to improve the efficiency and longevity of my AC unit. Most important, they have responded to emergency calls during hot summer days when our unit went out. Their service staff and technicians are friendly and professional and have been a pleasure to deal with.
When my current service contract ends, I will definitely renew it so that I can enjoy another 5 years of worry-free service..

I have had contracts with Aztil for over 10 years, for my home and rental. I, again purchased another contract for my mom''s house. I am so happy with Aztil. Everyone there is very pleasant and accommodating. Today I had pleasure of dealing with Brandon, another Aztil team member and was so impressed with him. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Two years ago, our old air conditioner decided to stop in July. We did some research and called Aztil. They arrived promptly, installed a new unit. We are very happy with it and also the savings a new efficient unit offers. This July, we discovered we needed new air ducts which were not replaced when the new unit was installed. It was time for this to happen also. We cannon say enough good things about Aztil again and would like to particularly thank Gary for his thoughtful and professional manner. He always called to confirm an appointment or to reschedule a time. He went above and beyond to help us and we felt he really cared about our neees. We also were extremely pleased with Manny and his expertise in designing what we needed. He spent extra time making sure it was the correct design. Tony and his crew -- the installers -- were very hard workers who always had a smile and who never failed to clean up after their work. As you can tell -- we highly recommend Aztil to anyone looking for the best service anywhere.

I’m writing this letter to express my appreciation of the staff at Aztil Air Conditioning. Your company has always provided professional service in a timely manner. I called due to my A/C not cooling and a service man was dispatched in a matter of hours. The serviceman came out and explained a full explanation of what the problem was and what options that was available. We decided to go the possible route that didn’t pan out. The serviceman had prepared us for the possibility of the fix not working. I called back again after it quit working and the only option left was to buy a new system. Once again, your technician provided detailed information and pricing for a new unit and installation. Due to us having no A/C at that time the installation was expedited in a timely manner. Just to mention a few names that assisted us in a time of need was Jackie, Tracey, Michael, Naraldo, Charlie, John and any other staff that I might have missed mentioning.

Eric was very compassionate on the phone and understood problem immediately. Sent a mechanic named Eddie who was a master craftsman. He was knowledgeable, respectful and took pride in his work. I gotta give it to this company. The unit that was supposed to be installed was stuck up in Texas because of the hurricane. Luis from Aztil called me and explained the situation and upgraded my system. The customer service is outstanding. George and Luke the installers came and in no time my new system was cooling off my house. Professional all the way !!! I recommend Aztil to all looking for great service great prices and great products oh and last but not least. Eddie the estimator was awesome. I love you guys
