I have used this company since 2007 and been very pleased with service. Juan was here today to do extended service and very professional.

Ricardo did an amazing job servicing our dryer and showing me how to keep it clean. He was efficient and courteous.

I’m so happy with the service provided by Aztil and the crew of Ricardo and Josh. Ricardo was very helpful and so thorough in doing the duct cleaning. Did extra things on the unit to make the system run efficiently. Ricardo is very knowledgeable and explained to me some things that were very helpful and things that I as homeowner should be aware of doing. He is also a good mentor to Josh who is learning the trade. They work well together. They were on time and very professional on the job. On a 5 star rating scale I would give Ricardo a 5++. Aztil seems to really care about their customers and they provide excellent service at a reasonable cost. Very pleased and satisfied with the work that Ricardo did at my house yesterday. He is a hard working man who deserves recognition for a job well done!!

Been with Aztil for ten years, always satisfied with emergency service. Love that they explain what the issue is. Today Juan came and diagnosed our unit, gave us the rundown on situation. Gave us options on how to resolve issue and we went with a new unit being that warranty was up soon. Juan and Aztil arranged new unit install for today…SAME DAY incredible. I am beyond grateful for the incredible service Aztil technicians supply!! Today we had Ricardo come to clean our ducts in condo as well as dryer Well he took his time and saw a few spots that needed extra time and care and he said no problem He would not leave til the job was perfect Then last week another technician came for our AC and again spent so much time cleaning the filters replacing required parts etc ! So I highly recommend Aztil as the best service we have ever received from any company We are snowbirds and know our condo will be well taken care of even though we are gone!

“A needle in a haystack”
I can now say two years after my original contract date that this company goes above and beyond.
I recently had an experience where a scheduling error occurred with a service appointment that was scheduled for an appliance repair. When I called the company I was quite upset because I took time from my workday to wait for the service person and the individual did not show. The following day I called and immediately the owners son Louis and his team swung into action.
They rescheduled the appointment for whatever time was most convenient for me and offered to extend my contract for the inconvenience. I expressed my mother was considering a contract for her AC and appliances and to my surprise, Louis provided her with a complementary contract. Within two days the service professional who’s name was Antonio was at her home to service her AC unit and make sure all of her appliances were in perfect working order.
As a business professional I was so impressed with the way this company took a bad circumstance and made it a great circumstance.

I highly recommend this company as they provide great service and truly value their customers.

The service professional Lee came out to service my unit today. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything that was occurring with my ac and was able to resolve the issue.
I have worked with other ac companies in the past but was most pleased with Aztil today.

Juan did a great job trying to help me understand my situation with my AC maintenance. He responded to a night emergency call that ended after midnight. He even helped me with a new filter that was needed.
