AC Brothers

They would have got five stars, but not sure about one detail. They were very cost effective and available when I needed them. Their paying system is great also. I was getting my ac fixed for a business I have in Florida and I live in California which was surprisingly easy to deal with them with the distance, but the one thing I am not happy about is that since that day they did my repairs I now get sales calls from Florida wanting to use other services. So I think they sell your phone number after they finish their work.

After carefully going over reviews for many AC companies, I decided to reach out to AC Brothers.

Carlos came in to my house, did a very thorough inspection and explained in detailed what was going on and what the possible causes were. He is very knowledgeable and very nice to work with. He ordered the coil, which needed to be replaced, and came back as soon as he received it to do the install. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and with A/C.

You can easily tell these folks have been doing this for a while, and they truly know what they are talking about. I won't hesitate to call them again.

They were extremely helpful and upfront. I called and had someone at my house 2 hours later to help out. Carlos explained exactly what the issue was, quoted me and fixed the issue very quickly and efficiently. My leak is gone and now I know how to prevent any future issues as well.

Came by twice and did not fix the problem! On initial initial visit which they showed up very late for, told me that the pan needed cleaning and the coils looked good, but may need cleaning in six months. They never told me that coils needed cleaning at that time and that would solve the problem. On second visit, used zip ties to clean pan!(?) This also did not solved problem. They then proposed to clean the coils for an additional payment equal to what they charged me for the first visit. I asked them why did they not clean the coils on the first visit? They told me their technician had put a note into their data base that I had declined the coil cleaning which is totally not true! Why would I have declined the fix that would have solved the problem in the first place especially when the cost was the same. It may be that they wanted to double charge me for one problem! Also, the technician gave me his personal number and told me he could do private work for me so his input into their database base could be compromised. I tried contacting the manager Ricky by email and phone to address this issue, but got no response from him. I was only able to speak to the dispatcher whom claimed he had no authority to do anything. I would very strongly not recommend this company at all, there are better operations out there. In my experience, they do not seem to be able to diagnose a problem and are quick to charge for additional services. From my perspective, AC Brothers is a big BOOOO!

AC Brothers did a fabulous job removing my old broken thermostat,
and installing a new one .. They are very professional the way they handle their business from the beginning to the end. On time, very pleasant and helpful. Super happy I called them.. These guys are true professionals that will get the job done.

AC Brothers came and fixed my thermostat within an hour of my first call to them. The service was extremely professional, on time and very good communication between when the technician was going to arrive. I will say, it’s most certainly priced quite high as compared to most other a/c repair companies, but professionalism, speediness, and after-hours technicians help make up for me justifying the cost. Thank you for good service.

The A/C Brothers are amazing. They fixed my A/C and left it brand new.

Update: 06/11/2021. Today I got my Rheem two stage high efficiency AC installed by the A/C Brothers because my older unit was consuming over $350 in electricity a month. They did a very thorough job and my unit is working perfectly. I really impressed with their company and their workers. They have earned a loyal client in me. I recommend anyone requiring either a A/C service or replacement to contact the AC Brothers.

Loved working with AC Brothers. My AC stopped working on a Sunday. They were very friendly over the phone, explained everything in detail, and were very attentive. They send an email with my confirmed appointment, which was set for an hour later, within 5 minutes. They were at my door on the dot! I couldn’t believe I was dealing with a company in Miami. They were on time and on a Sunday! Professional and helpful. I would give them a 10 star if I could.

These brothers are very professional, on time , they do a great job very detailed are licensed and are organized and clean. Not only do they do the job right they explain what they are doing so you understand what their work is. They will give you a quote before doing the job. I would definitely recommend them for AC or dryer cleaning . Best of all they call you ahead to remind you of their appointment to give you a heads up and on time.
