Wow! Highly recommend this amazing, professional and honest company. We had the pleasure of working with Carlos and he was wonderful. He was super accommodating and understanding when we had a delay due to our building management and was very honest and transparent with us about our AC issues and our options. He, along with another technician, worked tirelessly all day to replace our indoor and outdoor unit for a very great and fair price.

Not only was Carlos great, but AC brothers has an extremely user friendly website and text assistance that made the process super smooth.

These guys are AWESOME! Best business I have ever contracted for work on Google, from roofers, to plumbers, to handymen, the HVAC Brothers provided the best service of any work I have ever contracted. I called them at 330 on a sunday, they were here by 430 giving me an honest quote for repairs, ended up buying a new AC at a reasonable price, they were here the next day at 730 in the morning to begin work on monday, they threw away my old unit and were done working by 12-1 PM, then they went out of their way to help me understand the new wi fi thermostat, if I had another house that needed this work I would go straight to them, these guys do great work.

The technician was knowledgeable, quick, and efficient, he was able to find the part and do the repair job the same day very efficiently. I needed an emergency repair job done as the AC on the roof was causing a nasty leak in my ceiling directly beneath the unit. The company sent out a tech immediately and Dani came within an hour. Ive never seen such a responsive and professional company like the AC Brothers. Dani opened up the unit and immediately noticed the issue at hand. The motor for the blower was broken causing massive amounts of ice to accumulate, causing leaking into the ceiling. A new blower was picked up on the spot, installed and Dani wouldn't leave until every piece of ice was gone and melted. I was amazed at how professional and proficient the workers were. I felt reassured that the leak would stop once the water dried up and the tech left....about 45 minutes later I heard a not so good sound coming from the AC unit, and it was concerning to me, so I called the company back, and at 10:00 PM!!! The owner of the company Carlos called me back personally and told me he would come and fix it. Carlos arrived around 10:45 pm, got on the roof, and fixed the situation, explaining that the unit needed proper insulation and we haven't had a problem since, while the leak stopped the next day as we had been told..btw this all happened on a FRIDAY NIGHT! on a Friday night, these guys stopped what they were doing and came to help because they care about there customers. Do not use any other company for your AC repairs and needs. These are your guys.
