Needed a new pool heater but had no idea which type would be a best option in my case. Called Con-Mech and within 2 hrs Yudel came and explained how a new HeatPump would be the best way to go considering my needs. Then within 24 hrs I was provided with 3 estimates (different Brands) and 6 different financing options. I decided to try financing since they have an option with 0 APR for 18 months no down. Got approved and scheduled the installation for two days after. Techs arrived on time, very courteous, and in 4 hours my new pool heater was running and my yard looked like nothing had been done. I was explained how to operate my new heatpump and that was it. Instead of just giving my opinion, I decided to go with a large description of how the process with company was. Excellent experience!

I've been a contractor for over 40 years. When I purchased a condo in Miami Beach I began my search for a contractor to replace the HVAC. That wasn't easy to do considering I lived in Texas at the time. I got bids from multiple contractors and when I met Yudel my decision was made. Extremely competent and analytical about a unique situation. His price wasn't the lowest but it was in the middle which made it a great deal considering the service and expertise that was included. The City of Miami Beach inspector wanted a circuit breaker switched out which frankly was not needed but Yudel stayed on top of the situation (through COVID) and never quit until it was completed. This is a TOP NOTCH outfit. You need look no further for your air conditioning needs.

Outstanding customer service. I hired them through the HomeAdvisor app. I got a call within minutes of them accepting my service request and had 5 estimates for different water source condo heat pump units within an hour. All of this was on a Sunday morning! They offered to install the next day, but that didn't work for my schedule so they installed the day after. Other companies I attempted to get estimates from were slow to respond or didn't answer their phones on the weekend. Competitive prices too! Highly recommended.

Great company would highly recommend using their services. Three quotes were provided from different companies. Yudel came out gave us a quote and without getting a confirmation that we would be using his services he offered to bring us a blower to blow out cold air to get us through the weekend. That was a blessing. When I called back to discuss the quote he worked with me to match a competitors price that was a little bit lower . The install went well. The men were very professional and hard workers. Our Carrier unit is running very efficiently and keeps the house very comfortable. Yohania who answers the phone is very polite and courteous. Permits were pulled and the county is coming out to do an inspection on the work .

Company was very knowledgeable and professional. Showed up on time and did a fantastic job changing our AC unit. They had great pricing and they also had great methods of financing and best of all no downpayment needed! I will defintely use them again!!!

If you need your AC replaced, Con Mech is who you should call. I got 4 estimates and they gave me an incredible price. They worked until the job was done right! My new AC is working perfectly. I also had them install a mini-split AC unit in a room with no ductwork. They do it all!

Excellent service. I changed the AC unit on my house and the machine is working perfect! Beside that the best price ever! I just have what I want specially that the summer is coming. They installed for me an efficient machine that save me money on my FPL bill. I recommend this company!!!

My ac unit went out last night and I called Con-Mech at 7:30am and they answered! I heard great things about them and after getting a technician scheduled he came over- same day. Shocking I know. These guys were able to quickly diagnose what the problem was and come up with a resolution. Spanish and English speakers as well. Give them a 📞.
