AC Brothers

The brothers stepped up when no one else would! From the large company whom previously installed the AC (whom arrived right when the HVAC Brothers finished the job, embarrassing) to the company everyone sees on TV failed to give us any clear detail about service and they were "booked" for the night(because they have over "120 trucks on the road"). The HVAC brothers were there. Ricky was super clear and concise on the phone. He asked questions to see what was going on (which no one else did) and genuinely told us when we should be expecting Carlos. We got a follow up call to let us know when Carlos was on the way, which is the most reassuring thing aside from a green light. Carlos came to our home and diagnosed the machine quick. Super friendly, experienced, and professional. Explained what happened and got our A/C running quick! The competitors showed up right when Carlos was finished and I gladly turned the competitors away when they didn't even follow up. My family can now sleep in cool air and in peace. I'll always recommend these guys. Take note service providers, this is how you get the job done!

Went one week without air and they came really quickly with a brand new ac and thermostat. They took the old one and it was hassle free. All forms for financing were sent online and the process was professional and easy. Definitely the company you can trust. AC brothers is our family go to.

Amazing AC company. Called them on a Sunday and they were here the next morning at 9am. Installed a brand new ac unit and thermostat, my family couldn’t be happier. The owner Ricardo is amazing and absolutely loves what he does. Definitely don’t think twice, pick AC brothers to get the job done right. AC Brothers are incredible! They came out on a Wednesday at 11pm to fix my AC system. They were quick, professional, and incredibly responsive! I’m going to use them to install and upgrade a unit I have on a separate property. I would recommend them to anyone who needs regular maintenance or needs to repair their system.

AC Brothers was easy to work with streamlined the process by sending things to my email for review and allowing me to choose my form of payment. They also gave me a lot of options for my budget and made very sensible recommendations for the near future. So happy with their professionalism and kindness!

AC Brothers were very professional and provided a great level of customer service. They sized up my AC problem and clearly explained it to me, including cost and timeframe. During a warm spell, they stayed and got the job done. Very satisfied and would definitely use them again!

AC brothers continue to be professional and awesome. my go to person is Carlos who has become like an extended family member. You know a company really cares about you when they remember you and your children. They are honest and fair when it comes to pricing. AC Brothers is a wonderful company and I highly recommend them.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CROOKS. They came to inspect my AC when it wasn’t working and after inspection they told me about 3 different problems and told me it would be close to $400 to fix. I did a little research on how much it should cost for a fix this would cost and found it to be about $150-200. I sent them away after they were not able to show me an itemized invoice of the charges or even an explanation as to why the cost was so high. The technician immediately said his manager wanted to talk to me. He did not seem pleased that I was not interested in their services and disagreed with their pricing. Immediately he tried to convince me for a year service with multiple cleanings and maintenance at an absurd cost. What didn’t he get!?

One of the issues they explained was a clogged drain pipe. The man told me he needed to cut into several sections to clean and fix the clog. Among other issues that were brought up, I quickly ignore those and focused on unclogging the train. I grabbed my shop vac and went out back to the PVC pipe where it drips and vacuumed all of the water and gunk out for about five minutes. My AC has been working for three days since and is still running. So much for “$400 in repairs otherwise your AC won’t run”. Would not recommend! Preferred AC was who installed my new unit last year and were phenomenal 👍🏼

Service and communication was great. They answered the phone professionally and called back with updates when the technician would be arriving. I had previously contacted two other private companies through referrals before going with AC Brothers and didn’t even get a call back. The technician Carlos was very nice and personal and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend AC Brothers.

My A/c unit stopped cooling. I called the technician who sold and installed the unit and who repeatedly had failed in coming to fix the situation. I decided to erase this guy from my contact list and right away contacted Ac brothers. They respond professionally and sent a technician at the moment. The technician showed up with high quality equipment to identify the issue and make a fast diagnosis (something that might take hours to a regular technician) this technician took his time explaining in detail the problem and the different options for a solution. They fixed momentarily the situation so that we could be able to sleep comfortably that night until the next day when he came to do the entire job. My AC is now working like never before and the sound is not even noticeable. He clean the entire area where he worked including the whole AC unit. This is what I call high quality work. AC brothers just won a new client for ever.
