Diamond Mechanical came out to estimate and subsequently replace the ductwork at my house, some of which was probably over 50 years old. John thoroughly explained the reason for my poor air quality was likely due to the aged and leaking ductwork as well as the location of my only return. He came up with a plan that worked with my budget and promptly installed the new ductwork the next week. He said it would be truly life changing and I can’t agree more. The difference is significantly noticeable, and I’m able to cool the house with ease. Thanks John and Diamond Mechanical for a major improvement to my air conditioning system!

I unfortunately did some business with Bruno Air back before he was shut down. (I did not get scammed though) anyway the new company that bought out his warranties came to do a “season checkup”. They quoted me an astronomical amount to “fix”what they found was wrong with my unit. Everything they pointed out was suppose to be covered under the warranty that they bought out from Bruno, but of course they wouldn’t honor it.

I called Diamond for a second opinion and I’m so glad I did. They did a full inspection and re assured me that nothing the other company pointed out needed to be fixed. Now for an AC company to come out and tell you your system works fine is amazing and I have never had that happen.

I love that diamond is a family owned company but more importantly an honest company!
