CCC Heating & Cooling

my condo is in FtMyers I live in Boston my renter called and said there was water leaking around the air handler, I checked with our condo watcher and he said you need service Now
I had a mailing from CCC so taking a chance I called they responded
in a few minutes Charlie the owner said he was on a job but if he had time he would get there. HE did fixed th problem cleaned up th mess [slimy]
So same day repaired at a fair price emailed a detailed invoice from their office
Art is happy, renter is happy

Preventive Maintenance and Repair - this is 2nd time I have used CCC and they have been great. Took phone call when I called for service, came when agreed, called on the way. Also fair price for preventive maintenance and repair.
