This guy installed our unit and shortly after needed service. Been trying to reach him over a year and even offered to pay service visit. He just ignores you and does not respond.. Started to guess if he is even certified this is bad customer service. I’m a idiot for referring my family and friends. After he installs you will never hear from him… Hope he is ok
