OLIVA Refrigeration

I have been in business for 17 years and own 3 different locations in Fort Myers. We have to service our HVAC, ice maker coolers and freezers twice a year. I have had my fair share of terrible experiences with HVAC companies until I met the owner of this company. I have never had such great experience. There prices are fair, they customer service is outstanding. They actually fix the problem if you have one. The best part is sometimes they walk you through steps over video chat to avoid coming out and charging you for something simple. Nobody gives service like this these days. I have them do all my service to make sure my ice machine and all my equipment is running efficient. Do yourself a favor and contact this company when you have an issue. There are simply the best I have encountered in 17 years of business!

Very professional and was able to get my AC fixed the same day. Fair priced and scheduling was a breeze. Ashley and Luis were the nicest and most honest business owners I have met.

Want things to go super smooth? This is the place. Very professional, friendly and they did a great job. They are on time. Call first and let you know they are close. They clean up after themselves and do an all around top notch job. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have HVAC work done in their home or business.

Had a great experience with this guy he was fair and honest. He didn't try to sell me on something that wasn't there. I have lost a lot of faith in big companies like Bruno Air. So i always try to go with a small business owner and this guy is definitely honest professional and fair on his prices.

Luis and Ashley were great - our office had an issue with one of our cooler units. They were on time, quick, professional - and most of all, I trust them. I am aware that sometimes refrigeration companies can be a little shady when quoting repairs, but they were very upfront and showed me everything to verify what needed to be done. Total peace of mind and definitely is the only company we are calling from now on.

After our business had a fire and were rebuilding. It was they who came and helped us reconnect all our equipment. Couldn't be more thankful, they gave me a chance to pay them little at a time. Good service and good people🙏

So I first had issues with my 12 year old ac system and called several places and each one advised me that I needed a new system. Then Luis from Oliva Refrigeration came out and looked it over and determined it to be a $75 dollar part. It worked great after. I also had him work on my refrigerator that hurricane Irma killed.

About a year later we decided we wanted a lower electric bill and called around again looking for a new AC system. Again got outrageous quotes. So, I contacted Oliva Refrigeration again. Not only did I get more system for my money, the install was professional and hassle free. I also had them install new insulation in my attic. This cut my electric bill in half.

Just the other night I found water in my kitchen coming from my ac unit. It was 7:30 at night. I messaged Oliva Refrigeration and within 15 minutes they were there and the issue was fixed within 30 minutes of them arriving. The drain line had become clogged. All they charged was the service fee.

I highly recomend Oliva Refrigeration for all your heating/cooling needs.i know I won't be using anyone else.

Service Tech Luis was professional, thorough and respectful. Our AC was having a hard time keeping up in this heat wave. Luis diagnosed the issue and resolved the failed part quickly. A++
