Excellent company! We are very satisfied.We have lived in our south Florida house for 25 years. This is our 4th AC. We were told by the other AC people that it was not possible to get the temperatre to 75 degrees in the heat of summer, in the middle of the day. So, for 25 years we have lived in AC that rose to 82 degrees in the summer.

NOT ANYMORE! Comfort zone gave our home the correct sized AC and replaced our old ductwork and gave us better insulation for the attic.

Like anything, there were issues that came up like one room did not get the suficient airflow and wasn't getting as cool as the rest of the house. Chris and his team fixed it immediately. Every single issue we had Comfort Zone handled it professionally, quickly and had a great attitude to help us and make sure we were completely satisfied. The best part was they ALWAYS solved the issue.

We are very happy that we had our AC installed by Comfort Zone. Chris and the whole team were great. Knowing that we now have a relationship with a company that will be with us for a long time is very comforting.

Best thing to say is they were honest. The a/c went out in my home. They found the fuse box to be damaged. I was warned after the fuse box repair another problem may be found with the vac system. The fuse box replacement fixed the problem. No further upsells. Great service, on time, and honest.

Yes, you cleaned out. It has happened every month since you were last here. Sometimes twice. The unit is obviously defective. So, no you cleaning it out for free did not do any good. The unit is defective. 167 units in the building and mine is the only one with a problem.

I have been working alongside with Comfort Zone for last couple of years. Highly trained staff and technicians. Owner Chris i very engaged and will go above and beyond . Great costumer service. Highly recommend.

Chris and his team are prompt, professional and won't oversell you. I've used them to maintain my AC system for several years and highly recommend them. I recently had to replace my AC system, they were able to get the parts and complete the installation within 48 hours.

Fixed hot water heater no problem

I was not happy with the first person that came. But Mike and James were very professional and nice people. They were very focused. I have it set at 75 degrees and still not cool in here. Overall a good experience.
