I can't express how happy I was with Comfort Zone service. Not only was Chris extremely professional but he took pride in the work that he performed and the quality and responsiveness of his work was unmatched. I think anyone should feel comfortable reaching out to this company should you need AC services and expect nothing less than a quality job.

I had another company come out 4 times , spend all day and could not fix the problem. Christian came out and in 20 minutes was able to diagnose the problem and fix it in an hour. Very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does everyday. I would highly recommend his service .

Inconsistent and irresponsible. Arrived unprepared 1st day despite of me mentioning that long hose would be needed. Rescheduled for the next day at 10am, and they decide to arrive early. Asked them if they use any acid, and they replied no, that their chemical is safe on the rubber roof. Then they changed their mind and cancelled the job citing “too many questions about the acid, we would rather not do the job”. I am leaving reviews on various platforms. Please stay away as they might lie, and they don’t respect client’s schedules.
Then they say - “hey we were early, other contractors are late 90% of the time”. This is the most ridiculous response I have ever heard.
They cannot even follow instructions - told them 3 times to use front door and sent the diagram. And what do they do? They show up at the wrong door! Then they say - we gave you cheap price. This is also irrelevant. You either accept the job or you dont. They accepted the job but did not deliver. They arrived unprepared, wasted clients time, and almost damaged good roof by using undisclosed chemicals.
Official BBB and DBPR complaint will be filed. Written proof is available.

Chris and Juan worked on my a/c unit to provide system maintenance
and was efficient and thorough

Chris and his team make it happen in excellence. The office staff is on point and courteous. Brittany communicates clearly and in a timely manner. Duane the tech is one irie dude. He installed Mitsubishi mini-split a/c units in a couple of shipping containers and he did a great job. When asked to lock up when he was finished he did so and he cleaned up upon completion. Only great things to say about Comfort Zone air conditioning. We will do business with them again and we highly recommend them
