I would like to say that Chris the owner is not true to his word. He will tell you something is definitely wrong you have it repaired and find out later on that more work is to be needed and that was not the issue. The response time to a phone call is maybe two days later maybe three and on the weekends if they have to come out and you purchased a brand new air conditioner they will charge you if there is an issue on the weekend after you paid close to $9000 for the air conditioner. I can go on And on. My advice to customers do not hire this company to put in an air conditioner. I recommended my sister and she is still having problems. Comfort Zone installed my hvac unit on my roof back in 2017. They were very professional and the prices were fair. In 2022 I had an issue with the heater failing. They ordered the parts, and even though there was a long delay in getting the parts, they were responsive and communicative the whole time. When the part arrived they completed the repair with no issues. I would work with them again. Thank you!

I couldn’t say enough great things about Comfort Zone Air Conditioning and this is no ordinary review or company. So many reviews share about their flawless experience with companies but how often do you read when things don’t go according to plan but the company makes good on EVERY PROMISE. That happened to me during my install of a new air con unit and compressor outside. The installer ran into all sorts of problems but in every situation, they came back and fixed the issues - promptly. The standard air filters can be used as there are no pipes in the way to change filters, access is still available to my other equipment in the same closet as the unit is the right height, floors outside the closet are fine and smart thermostat is setup and interacts with my phone. When problems or concerns came up, they addressed them. My neighbors had issues with pVC blocking their filter inserts and THEIR vendor won’t return their phone call. Comfort Zone Air Conditioning came out and fixed mine. The rating I would give this company is really 6 stars because any good easy installation can earn you 5, but when you have a difficult or problematic installation like mine and the company sticks with you until you are happy, that deserves a whole different level of rating. They are the best out there and you won’t be disappointed. I bought 10yr service parts and labor on my unit and know they will be in business for a long time with how great their customer service is. Thank you all - I recommend them to all my neighbors.

Absolutely outstanding company on every level. Contracted them several years ago to install new HVAC system for vacation condo and never looked back. Their installation was top notch and clean. Anytime I require general service or have had an emergency situation, they’ve been there for me. Reside out of state and can be very nerve racking when AC isn’t working properly but anytime I’ve needed them, friendly member of office always answers the phone and is able to set an appointment in a timely manner. Once techs arrive, they stay in constant communication via texts with photos. As a tradesman myself, I’m beyond particular but, Comfort Zone has been a godsend. Do yourself a favor and give them a try. I guarantee that you’ll feel the exact same way!

Comfort Zone Air Conditioning, Inc., is a very trustworthy and professional organization. When my house's air conditioning system stopped working, I notified their office since they had done the initial unit's installation. They attended to the service call quickly, troubleshooted the problem very fast, and displayed outstanding expertise in their field of work. After fixing my air-conditioning system, they followed up the next day to ensure that the system was working to my satisfaction. I have not only found this organization to be trustworthy and professional. But also to be ethical, honest, loyal, and competent. I have done a maintenance agreement with them to service my air-conditioning system based on these observations, and is very happy to call the owner and staff friends.

This particular unit is my second or third one purchased from him (different properties) in the last three years. I also recommend them to my friends and family. Use a different provider/company.

HVAC clearing experience - after having our ducts cleaned/sealed the technicians didn't clean out the AC unit itself which then immediately led to drainage problems and cooling issues, which required a second visit.

Service visit - technicians came and went without even removing the AC unit cover, which would have revealed another drainage issue. Instead we dealt with cooling issues for another few days until I removed the cover and fixed the issue myself.

AC Install - on the day of scheduled installation (scheduled nearly a week in advance) we were called and told that one of the units was not in stock so installation would be one day later. In other words, no one bothered to confirm availability when making the installation appointment. The installation was then not finished on the second day (technician arrived 3hrs later than expected), and a third day of work was require (technician once again arrived late by 1.5hrs). The icing on the cake was that on day 3 the technician let us know that the electrical switch for one of the units was not large enough and would need replaced - leading to a day 4 of work. Why this wasn't noticed earlier is beyond me, or why it wasn't checked even during the sales process... All in all - the AC purchase/installation process was a complete disaster and just cemented the fact that this business doesn't have good processes or practices in place, nor do they respond with any sort of pride or quality to 'fix' bad situations which they create.

Worst of all - when I reached out to the owner (Christian) regarding what would be done to fix this situation he didn't even respond or acknowledge until I repeatedly asked (if the office promised a call back from him, it never came and I had to repeatedly call/text his cell phone to get a reply). If he had actually stepped up to ensure things got done immediately, and done correctly I wouldn't be as frustrated - maybe even have skipped a poor review for the effort. The 'fix' was instead a small discount on labor and 'coupon' for future maintenance visits - which I have no intention of using (I'll work with a different company that can actually be trusted to deliver on time). No apology ever came from him - which says it all.

I use this company to install my AC system nearly 2 years ago. I had some electrical problem and needed my AC to be repaired. I am so happy I choose this company as the service was phenomenal. They send their technician in a timely fashion. They diagnosed my problem and return with the part that was damaged, now my AC is working!!!.I value great customer service and was very pleased with the service I received. I would recommend Comfort Zone Air to anyone who would listen.
