I just purchased my first home so my AC not working has been my first issue ever. I immediately was nervous hearing how much this could run me from others I know. In these 95 degree days, it was overbearing as well. I called Advanced Air Systems based on the reviews and they didn't disappoint! They took care of me in the same day. An elementary school went down and became an emergency which held them back but they STILL came after hours in the rain. They had to go up to my roof to fix it and happily did so within 30 minutes. It was a small part that they replaced for a REALLY great price. I wasn't expecting to come out of it for less than $500 and I thought that would be a good day! I'll definitely be recommending them and using them again. They know what they're doing.
ON TIME - EXPERIENCED - CLEAN - FRIENDLY! The staff is excellent. Scheduling and technicians were all top notch. My system works great now! The repair was very affordable and the staff was very accommodating to my needs and my schedule. Great experience from start to finish. The best in South Florida.

Had a new A/C unit installed in my FL condo - both the initial service call and the installation were easy to schedule, occurred exactly when described, and were smooth. The technician and then the installers were all very courteous, described exactly what they were seeing, and performed the work as described. I'm always looking for a good contractor, and I would not hesitate to recommend Advanced Air Systems to anybody - highly recommended!!
After the experience mentioned below - I did receive a call from the VP and later another call from the marketing mgr to express concern and rectify the any issues moving forward. I would say I am pleased to move forward from this point on September 2, 2016.
I called them on Friday, June 17 for a service call since my ac/ was not functioning. They came out and diagnosed the system and made a repair for $185.00. On Sunday, June 19 the system was not working again. I called and they come out again on Monday, June 20. When the bill came and I saw two charges - one for each visit. I called the office and explained my dissatisfaction and ask for someone to get with a manager and get back to me. No one ever did. When I today called back again as a follow up - I was told that the second visit was a clogged drain line and that they considered that a different problem. I ask for a supervisor and was given to a Scott. He was cold and rude. He explained to me again it was two different problems. I was not happy with his explanation and suggested that in good faith as a new client, a resident of Wilton Station and a realtor that they forgive the second fee of $140. He stood his ground. I was only when I lost my cool and raised my voice that he said he would take the $140 off the bill and place me on a do not service list ! Seriously ! This is not white glove service for a company that wants to service Wilton Station ! As an owner all I knew was the system was not working. To me the first visit should have been a complete unit evaluation to determine what problems existed and fix them. I should not have had to be inconvenienced a second time for the system not working or have incurred a second charge only two days later for the same a/c unit.
I am a Property Manager of a condominium and I can truly say that Advanced Air Systems actually showed up and was able to explain the problem we had with our air handler compressor. Just Showing up was the first inclination that this company actually cared and wanted our business, I have had many companies say they are on their way and surprise... no one shows or answers calls. Advanced gave us a proposal, but not until they were absolutely sure of the equipment that needed to be repaired or newly built. I highly recommend Advanced Air Systems, the people are very friendly, answer your questions or concerns and explain things in terms that you understand. Thank you!

Service would be better if they came when scheduled, or called to notify customer that they're running late. Twice, they've given me a time window, and then did not show up. I understand that unexpected circumstances arise. But some customers cannot afford to wait at home all day for several days just to get service.
I had Advanced Air Systems install a Mitsubishi mini-split air conditioner in my master bedroom. The installation was perfect and the installers were on time and very nice. Additionally, Since I only had to run my new super efficient A/C at night and not my whole house central A/C, my electric bill went down by almost $75 per month!!
