Found Cajun Bear on google maps while searching for a local AC company. Got home from work and it was hot and humid in my home and it was late. Ricky came out within 1 hour to investigate. He identified the issue, picked up the replacement compressor the next morning as soon as he could, and installed it. We later found some additional problems and Ricky continued to be responsive even after I had already paid for the work. You can tell this guy cares about his customers! Will use again.

I highly recommend these guys! I was having repeated problems with A/C over the past 6 months and another company came out to fix it only to have the same issue happen again. They gave me a high quote and said a pump had to be replaced, didnt seem right, So I called Ricky at Cajun Bear AC Repair and he sent a guy to me with in an hour, he solved and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. I didnt need pump replaced as I was told by other company, was very glad I called Ricky and think you should....definitely 5 Star company!

Wow, my A/C works better then ever. Super cold and cools off quickly. Since it’s 9 years old, I thought for sure I needed a whole new unit but Cajun Bear came out the very next day and fixed it for a fraction of the price. And it works better then ever. First used Cajun Bear to service a central AC system I thought needed replacement. Their staff were prompt and professional. They were able to repair the system without the cost of replacement.

Then used Cajun Bear to install a mini split. Installation was quick, professional, and the price was reasonable.

I had a completely new A/C installation! They came on time and not a single problem or a snag. Ricky explained the wrongs of my old unit and explained the advantages. He installed the correct size A/C compressor and air handler for my town home. This is first time i didn't hear the A/C unit start in comparison to my old one It so wisper quiet and efficient. These guys came out immediately when the weather forecast indicated 90 degree temperatures were on the way. They replaced our old A/C unit and indoor handler, moved our thermostat, did some duct work repair, and added two splitter units we had been wanting - all within three days and at well under half the cost of what our regular A/C folks had estimated! They were amazing, and really a great group of guys. From now on, they will handle all our A/C needs!
