After cabinet installers cut the wire to our thermostat we contacted the AC contractor we used before for help. They didn't respond. Worried we were going to be stuck at home all weekend with no AC we called Cajun Bear AC Repair. He came on a Saturday and fixed the problem by running a new wire. Prices were very reasonable, especially for a weekend visit. He was very personable and explained the bill and what he was doing clearly. Ricky is going to be our only AC Contractor from here on out!

I have an intricate new 2-stage system. I had 4 other contractors come by and look at it and give me a quote. They had 4 different opinions and spent maybe 20-30 minutes on it. Ricky came over spent 75 minutes, took the damn thing apart, and actually diagnosed the issue. Fixed it. Great service , great personality not trying to screw you AF. 100000%

My HVAC system was from the mid 80's and worked fine mechanically but the outside unit was rusted out in the bottom so it was extremely inefficient. I had a whole new system installed with some repair work done in the attic where rodents had chewed holes in them over the years. All of the work was done by one person and took him only 1 day and the price was very reasonable!
