Robbie did an amazing job cleaning my coils! He took before and after pics. He also checked to make sure the drain was working properly and sealed up any spots that were leaking cold air. He’s very thorough and detail oriented. Thank you Robbie!! The customer service rep (Ange I think) was also outstanding. She was very polite, empathetic and accommodating!

I couldn't be happier I gave United A/C a call for help. I'm a new condo owner and so far I've had my ac unit fail to work 3x in 5 months...needless to say frustrated was an understatement. Andie was extremely comforting when I gave her a call yesterday to set the Apt. Robbie was my service tech and he is everything other techs should try to be. He was prompt, worked efficiently, and most importantly to me was transparent on the process every step of the way. Customer for life. Thank you again for the great work!

Robbie always does such an excellent job! Our company has been working with United AC for about 2 years now. Robbie seems to be our regular AC Tech guy and we are so glad that he is! We had a fabulous experience with the installers, Jake and Joe, and the sales person Pete, who responded immediately when our AC went out just before a business trip. Besides being professional and knowledgeable, they worked expeditiously to complete all the installation and explained all the AC issues to us (and left everything as clean as they found it). Having been through an earlier installation 12 yrs ago with another company, this was a refreshing experience, what one hopes for from a professional company. We compared prices, and found them very competitive, responsive, and dedicated to doing a first class job. We have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone with an AC problem who wants professional service and installation for a competitive price. Excellent company!! Great staff!! Very customer focused and very capable.

Great service, you can tell this company values their clients and do their best to keep them satisfied. Robbie is very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He takes his time to make sure you understand what is going on, gives advice, and genuinely cares about his job and doing it right. Also, the lady Maggy on the phone is very nice and courteous.

6/24/16. As promised update to 5 stars! Tyrone and Robbie were here to install the new air conditioner on 6/23/16. Such great employees. And wonderful customer service.

TYRONE, I must admit, is fabulous. His attention to detail and pride he took in his work far exceeded any other companies I've dealt with (and been burned by). He was professional and an absolute delight. His work ethic, professionalism, knowledge and integrity are to be commended. What an asset Tyrone is to United A/C and Refrigeration. By the way, he did not rush to finish this job. He is a perfectionist and wanted things done correctly. My dealings with this company, from the office staff, supervisors and various techs (Jake, Robbie, Greg, Tyrone) have been pleasurable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. They have restored my faith in south Florida businesses. Thank you!

Jake and Robbie were prompt, professional and worked very hard putting insulation in the attic. They answered my questions and assured me that the insulation would prevent my A/C from running for hours. Since it's cloudy and rainy today, I won't know until it gets REALLY hot again!! I've been "burned" by 3 other A/C companies down here. I feel I have found a company I can now trust and rely upon!

Both young men were a pleasure to have in my home. I'll call United A/C if I need help again. I recommend this company to those in need.

UPDATE-2 days later...

Saturday....the air would not shut off....I called to let them know the insulation did not address my issue. Got a machine. Got no return call. 24 hour emergency service? Will try again today, Sunday and Father's Day...

UPDATE. Pete returned my call on Sunday, Father's Day, and sent a truck out. I am adding back one of the stars that I took away on Saturday (out of frustration)! When your air conditioner won't shut off, all you can see are $$$$ signs flying out of the window!

Since I now need a new air conditioner, I am waiting for it to be installed and will then give this company the 5 star rating I think they will earn!

I can't say enough about how nice Pete, Greg, Jake, and Robbie were. ESPECIALLY, Pete! He has had to talk with me the most. He is professional, kind and caring. He's working very hard to help me. THANK YOU PETE for putting up with me!!!

I am so happy that we scheduled our duct cleaning with United A/C! Tyrone and Marco were amazing-efficient, courteous, and so personable!
I was so relieved with how neatly they worked, covering all surfaces under the vents (we had many!) vacuuming and sweeping thoroughly after. I recommend them without reservation! THANK YOU!

Tyrone was just here to do the installation of our new 4 ton Rheem unit. He was thorough and professional. I must say that I have dealt with many AC companies the past few months with our broken down unit and I haven't had this kind of service ever. I want to say that I very much appreciate all of his hard work and dedication. I am very pleased and also very COOL... I will recommend this company and of course Tyrone to all of my neighbors. Robbie arrived very quickly after our call. Our thermostat wasn’t working. He quickly found the issue and fixed it. He then checked the air handler and found the line blocked. He replaced the capacitor He was thorough and professional. We appreciated his attention to everything and his suggestions.

I would recommend this company for your A/C needs. We had them install a replacement unit for our Florida room and the care, knowledge and attention to detail by Tyrone was exceptional. We had the same installer (Tyrone) for our main home unit 5 years ago and have had no problems since. Highly recommended 5 star company
