I got a notification that the technician was on his way. Tony arrived early, he is a professional guy, very thorough explaining my questions with clear, easy to understand information and drawing his explanation on a piece of paper. He did an on-site inspection and provided a down to earth recommendation.
Definitely I recommend Ferrara’s A/C service and if needed I’ll use them again.

We were visited by Tony F and James R. They did a great job inspecting the house. There's was a refreshing and different approach. Besides taking a technical assessment, Tony and James took time to understand how my family inhabits the house and made some suggestions about how to bring down our bill and properly care for our system.

Jose was an absolute joy to work with! He knows his stuff and he was extremely thorough while working on our 2 units. I hope I can request him back anytime we need assistance.

Living in South Florida, we NEED working air conditioning. Whenever we have a problem with our unit, Ferrara is quick to respond. They always try to work with us and help us out whenever they can... everyone is great, especially Jose!

Although I left a message after hours and did not expect a call back until the following morning, I received a call to schedule a service visit to address our lack of air conditioning within an hour. The required parts for the compressor replacement were available and we are enjoying our AC once again! Thanks Ferrara Air- you have a great team!

I called today at 8am as my AC was not blowing cold air. By 11:30, Eric was at my door and up on the roof! He was pleasant and professional. The issue turned out to be something electrical so I would have to get an electrician. The voltage needed to start the unit was not being delivered. Eric suggested that he try again. Miraculously, the ac starting blowing cold air! Eric humbly said he didn't do anything other then recheck the voltage. I am thoroughly impressed with Ferrera's professionalism and staff. Always have a good feeling when dealing with them!

At the sweltering for three days in a hot non-performing air conditioner, location, I called and James came. He told me what had to be done. He told me the price for each item that needed, and what services had to be performed. I was very pleased with his professionalism, his overall demeanor, and when he left to finally enjoy cool air-conditioning at my location, I would, without a doubt recommend Jameses company to any of my friends if they need air-conditioning services!

Jose did an excellent job today! He went above and beyond to make sure a vlogged drain line was cleared and replaced a capacity that was going to be a problem over the heavy summer usage months. Very pleased with his service which exceeded expectations!

When you are running a property management business the vendors you use are an extension of you. A vendor can make you look good or make you look bad. Ferrara Air is very professional, on time, and very responsive. I really appreciate the follow-up and consistency.
