It was a difficult job fitting the new AC into the existing space but they were able to do it. Donald Quoted a price that was reasonable (lowest estimate for this model). The estimate was clear and straightforward. He did not start with an unreasonable and false list price and add 30 discounts like some companies do. I would use them again.

If you want a great AC company, use Cousins. I shopped around and spoke to several companies who provided me bids on new systems. My sales rep, Jason, provided me with all the information I needed and he didn't hesitate to call me when I had a question. There was no pressure at all to purchase. System was installed yesterday, all the techs were friendly, courteous and professional. Amazing service, ty!

Kyle is very knowledgeable and does a thorough job! Every time I need to schedule a service call or request a tune-up, he is the person who I request. On time and completed a two zone variable system, condensers and air handlers in 8 hours, to code. Professional, pleasant employees and cleaned before they left. The system recommended is working beyond our expectations. Glad we chose Cousins Air. Jason their rep, was knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted. He was available to answer any questions post quote and after installation.

Daniel was so great! He worked quickly and efficiently, even took the time to show me exactly what was going on with my HVAC unit and how to prevent it in the future. Will be using Cousins in the future when I need to!!

Cousins Air was well priced and completed the work as agreed. Andrew was very professional and explained the cleaning process and made recommendations for us to properly maintain our HVAC system. Excellent service.

Stay away for they take advantage of the customers… the service people are commission based on what they can charge you. We had a warranty item circuit board and they quoted us a price than doubled it at the house when finished installing. When I question the invoice they threaten to remove the circuit board. Stay away from Cousins Air!

Both technicians came over to clean the air ducts and I’m beyond satisfied with their service . They were very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, friendly, and took the time to explain every question I asked. They also check my AC, spent time reviewing, running tests, etc. I trusted their opinion and recommendations .
They cleaned everything before they left and If and when I need any AC related service in the future, I would request for them to be sent again.
