Koontz Heating and Air is a very good company. Larry was the HVAC specialist who worked on our unit. He is professional, explains what he is doing and is a nice person! We are very satisfied customers!! Tom and Deb Sedlak

Koontz is great. We have used them for the past 10+ years (as have my parents). If there is ever an issue, they are out that day. Their prices are fair and competitive. Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

This company is completely incompetent and they lack the technical skills to troubleshoot even minor issues that can be identified using google. I have had them out to my house multiple times because the builder chose to use this company. I have tried to explain the issue and after multiple visits and money paid the problem still persists. Please heed my warnings and stay away from this so called “company”. I was in the military and work for major corporations and have moved extensively and never experienced a group of people that cared less about their customers and their issues. Please use another company and spare yourself the hassle and costs. They are possibly friends with the builder and care less about quality than volume and profit. Please read through the reviews and you will see a number of unhappy customers.

The technician was good, but the lady at the office on the phone is horribly rude. Was supposed to call back with an estimate to remove and clean coils, we never heard back. Apparently if you use an Angies list coupon it comes directly out of her pay check thats how she acts anyway. We used a $20 dollar coupon for a service; 2 weeks later when my wife called about the estimate we were supposed to get the lady says "why did you use that coupon it is for diagnosing not repairs" First off apparently she doesnt know the problem has to be diagnosed to repair. Secondly if your company is doing so bad your still crying about a $20 coupon 2 weeks later something is wrong. Finally when the main objective of your job is to answer phones and deal with customers you need to learn some decent mannerisms and customer service. Ill never use Koontz again because the disgusting woman in the office.
P.S If the office lady is reading this. Congratulations you lost the company you work for a a good amount of money, we will be needing a new unit before to long. From your attitude on the phone i can tell you dont care and cant hold down a job anyway.

Matthew was polite, courteous and professional. He was very quick to respond and knowledgeable of AC maintenance. We appreciate the level of service he provided.

I had them replace my old system. They did a great job and were very nice. I am very surprised how much difference the new system preforms. I would definitely use them again if needed.

Big thanks to Bob for coming and fixing our air conditioner on a Saturday. Took care of the equipment problem and A/C is running ice cold. Highly highly recommend Koontz!!
