Larry came out to perform a regular maintenance service on my HVAC system and this was my first experience with Koontz. Bottom line: I will now be a customer for as long as I own this house. Larry "sold" his company to me: he was absolutely professional, courteous, and very amiable - the definition of excellent customer service/focus. In fact, he explained EVERYTHING about my system and its status - things that many other HVAC professionals have never bothered to explain in the past. It's pity that other service professionals are not as knowledgeable and "interested" in their jobs as Larry, who took great pride in his work. As long as Larry stays with Koontz ... I'll stay with Koontz, as well!

We hired Koontz for a/c installation in our new home. The entire team are all very professional and the overall experience was great. The install team went above and beyond to resolve unexpected challenge to assure the projects completed successfully.

Bought a home with Koontz Air Conditioning Unit and Warranty Papers. The Unit was suppose to be under warranty until 10/16/22.

I can’t be mad at the seller of the home because NO WHERE on the warranty papers and invoice does it say anything about a reduction of warranty with transfer of sell or anything of that nature.

This same house I bought came with a roof warranty and the owners of that company honored it when I needed and said we warrant our products not just our customers. I always thought that was a great statement and a way to keep my business with them.

Something to think about when doing business with someone. Is the company backing the product they are selling, or just ready to take another credit card # if the opportunity comes because their product failed or stopped working. I am sure other stipulations exist as well.

Disappointed.

Needed a new A/C. Koontz was great! The owner explained the difference from my old unit. Very professional. Crew on time, very thorough, cleaned up, did a great job. The staff there are is very nice and knowledgeable. Highly Recommend!

My husband changed the thermostat in our new house then left on a business trip. When I came home and found it was 86 degrees in the house, I called Koontz. Even though it was after hours, Matthew called me back right away and walked me through putting their original thermostat back. He stayed on the phone until I was sure everything was working again. Matthew is a true lifesaver - wonderful service!

Amber, Aaron, and Oso did a fantastic job replacing the previous A/C unit. Hot & sweaty throughout, the team was always in a great mood, and more importantly, they did great work. It's always a pleasure working with the staff at Koontz.

I woke up to no air this morning. Electricity was on but thermostat was off. I just as really in a pinch as I had a flight out of Orlando at 2:30. They were able to work it out so Matt was able to come here first! All is well and I can make my flight! Thanks Matt and thanks Koontz! Best service in the area!

Matt was out last week to perform our 6-month service on the HVAC system at our house. He did a thorough and professional job!! he was very pleasant and explained all that he was doing as he checked the system. I look forward to having him back in 6 months!

We called this company yesterday to check out our AC that was not working. The AC Tech Larry was sent out, and was very knowledgeable and Professional. He explained everything he was checking, what the AC settings should be and what they were. His check was very thorough and he fixed the problem in no time. We really appreciated his insight on our problem. Thank you so much Larry. I would recommend this company for any AC problems.
