We called for a full AC service, but after that AC started leaking inside the house. Technician came 3 times but he didn't fix the problem. We had to call another Service Provider and pay again for the job.

I needed to have multiple AC ducts replaced in my house. The technicians arrived early and provided excellent service. I highly recommend them.

I replaced not only my AC but had all my duct work replaced. It was completed in a timely matter and the HVAC techs were amazing!

I recently bought a house and since I didn't know the past of the A/C unit I contracted this company to do the multi-point inspection. During the inspection the guy found everything fine, pointed some cheap work done in the past by the previous owner and all that made sense. However, he mentioned that my freon was low and needed from 2-3lb, which seems a lot from what I research, but since I'm not familiar with this A/C and the A/C is running for a long period of time I decided to accept. The technician took less than 5 minutes and said it was ready and no leaks after that (another weird part). Researching it can't be that fast to put freon and that my A/C should be in way worse condition if was that low. I waited few weeks before doing the review because I have the Nest thermostat and I was following week after week if the performance improved (maybe the technician was right and my research was wrong...), but unfortunately the performance of my A/C didn't change at all. It stills doing the same values as before the "extra" freon. The company seems to be very good and a good phone service, but I feel ripped off on the service, won't use them again.

I would definitely recommend this company. The staff is very friendly and they get the job done quickly and efficiently. They even contacted me a day later to follow up on my ac. I am very happy I chose them.

This is a company that has very low standards. They are absolutely dishonest. Try to get as much money out of you as they can. They lie to you. I had an old air conditioner that needed to be replaced. After three days of pointless repair attempts and several high and fraudulent charges, they let you know that it is time to replace that unit. Jesus the manager lies to the BBB about this case. Yes you are a LIAR. You are the right guy to manage this bunch and keep up the low standards.

Proserv emplyees a man named Carlos Caruso he came to my home last year and sold me a new system and I was luck enough to have him performe a maintenence service for me today. This man is th epitome of customer service and knowledge based service. Called when they said he would and when I met him at my house he patiently and professionally answered any questions I had. He is the best tech I have ever encountered. 5 star service

my control panel was not working on my ac. proserv came out quickly and resolved the problem within minutes. it was a condensation clog that shut off the control panel. not something you see much in texas where i am from. quick quality service.

We hired this vendor to replace a split unit & they were prompt and very professional. We couldn't find a unit anywhere due to te pandemic, but these folks have stock units. I recommend this company.
