Proserv has done 2 replacement A/C installations for me now . They do excellent work at a fair price . Technician Marcello has done both installs and he makes sure that everything is done correctly and neatly. Proserv America was referred to me by my neighbor who used their services to install a new AC unit 5 years ago. Her referral and high praises was something that I remembered upon meeting her and was truly glad I held onto their information. My AC unit had been giving us trouble as we purchased our home a year ago as is and knew that it would go within 2 summers as it was the original unit. Well the time came and I called their office after hours around 8pm I believe, as this was our 3rd night sleeping in 86 degree temps after experiencing a bad leak. I left a message and I was given a call back within 10 minutes. Jesus was the awesome contact at Proserv America that returned my call and walked through the servicing and install from beginning to end. I appreciate Jesus for allowing us to make the best decision for our family for ourselves. I was able to make an appointment that night for a new install within 2 day. Jesus and his team were excellent, hard working and appreciate them for their service. I have nothing but good things to say and will continue to recommend their services when asked! I called Proserv America for an estimate when I needed to replace my AC. I spoke with a very nice lady from the office who set me up with an estimate right away. The sales man came out to give me an estimate and was very professional as well. The price he quoted me was the same as they advertised so we set up the appointment to have the AC installed. The installers came to my home and did a great job. The whole process was very easy. I am very happy with the service and would recommend them.
