I had an excellent experience with Lord's AC. Edgar is great and promptly scheduled an appointment to check out my AC. My AC was limping along but working. Edgar is so honest he said I could just wait until it breaks before replacing it. I am concerned with the supply chain and inflation (not under his control) and when I mentioned that, he agreed and I went ahead and the replacement was promptly scheduled. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Lord's AC.
