Advanced Air Care Heating and Cooling

I called Advanced Air Care because my A/C unit froze over last night. They were very responsive and came to my house the same day. They were able to find the issue quickly and had me back up in running in no time. I would recommend Advanced Air Care to anyone needing good, fast and quality repair assistance.

This is our second time using Advanced Air Care, and we will continue to call them for all of our HVAC needs.

The first time was because they were a recommended installer for our smart thermostat.
They came out the same day, and had the full install done in under an hour.

Today, our outside unit was making a lot of noise, so we called again. The tech was there within an hour, and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue quickly and advised us in the best course of action.

The repair was quick and the all the personnel we dealt with have been friendly and helpful.

Great customer service! We had our entire heat and A/C system replaced. Our unit had a leak and we opted to have the entire system replaced. They had our new one installed in one day. They were able to schedule our install very quickly.

I had a great experience with Advanced Air Care. The owner was quick to come out to provide an estimate on replacing my HVAC system, and the price was very reasonable. Kris answered all my questions/concerns which helped me make an informed decision on which system to get. The installers started and finished on time and were professional and courteous. The new system has been up and running for 6 weeks and is running great. Already saw a nice difference in my last utility bill. I have no regrets in choosing Advanced Air Care for the job and would recommend them to anyone needing a/c services.

Advanced Air Care deserves all of their positive reviews. They are a honest company and have provided me with great service every time, at reasonable prices. Brandon the field tech is always knowledgeable and resolved my issues each time. Chris/Brandon at the office are great at answering any questions you may have. I will continue to trust Advanced Air Care for all my future AC service needs.

I recently had service by these great professionals. They were courteous and thorough. They were very quick to respond and able to diagnose my issue promptly. They returned as promised and worked to assure the problem was solved to my and their satisfaction. They make no excuses, they just work to solve whatever the issue maybe. This is a five star company with a five star attitude toward customer service and satisfaction.

Couldn’t be happier with the service! I was in a jam; had 1 week to have 2 new 4 ton units installed before I had a house full of people in town. The guys at advanced were courteous; educated me on the best units for my home, had everything installed in a day and couldn’t have been nicer. Highly recommended!

We woke up and our air was not working. We did not know who to call as we were not in a maintenance contract with anyone. Our last contract resulted in a negative experience with another provider. We read theGoogle reviews and decided to give Advanced Care a call. They were very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. Our air was working shortly after they arrived. They immediately identified the problem and had the part needed for repair with them. The cost was very reasonable. We will continue to do business with this company and will recommend to friends. I have already called back to ensure we are enrolled in their maintenance program.

Advanced Air definitely deserves its great reviews. Brandon came out quickly, was very professional, and had my AC back up and running in less than 30 minutes. The price was reasonable too. I will definitely use them again if I need service.

I have used Advanced Air several time, mainly for maintenance. When I had an AC emergency, the person on the phone worked with me to set a time, and the tech was there when promised. Great work, explained everything to me, and what my options were. Great Service! Polite staff! Will continue to use this company.
