Advanced Air Care Heating and Cooling

We’ve used them since we bought our house four years ago for annual service checks, but today, when it’s 98° and feels like 108°, the capacitor went out. Called at 630pm knowing we’d have to pay an after-hours fee, but it was well worth it. John got here fast, was personable and easy to talk to, and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem. Every experience with Advanced Air Care has been nothing but positive!

Our air conditioner suddenly stopped working on a Sunday afternoon. I called the after hours number of the company we had been using for our AC maintenance. Told them we needed a repair asap due to health issues of a family member. No one ever called back.
I called Advanced Air and spoke with Madison. She was so sweet and understanding of the problem and she scheduled Chris to come out that same afternoon. Chris fixed the problem, was very professional, and our air conditioner is working like a charm.
Because of the excellent service we received from Chris and Madison, we fired our prior AC company and will be using Advanced Air for all our maintenance and repair in the future. Thank you so much Chris and Madison. You are awesome!

Replaced two 16 year old Trane Heat Pumps and air handlers over two days. Great quality product at very competitive price to other top brands. Did what they promised up front. Very helpful setting up and explaining high tech thermostats that will provide greater indoor comfort, information and control. Quality of work was good with very minor rework. Highly recommend Advanced. Crews were courteous and worked hard in heat conditions.

Jimmy Kelly arrived in less than an hour on a Saturday fix our air conditioning quickly and professionally. We were very impressed and will be repeat customers for maintenance, etc. Excellent service!

Very professional service. At our preventative maintenance appointment the refrigerant level was a little low. The technician (Chris) came back a few days later to do a “leak search”. He told us he was not able to detect the source of the leak and since it seems to be holding proper pressure now, he recommended waiting and watching. He was very honest and very thorough. We appreciate the quality of service that we get from Advanced Air. Top notch!

Brandon the technician that served our unit was just fantastic and very knowledgeable. Also Mandy the lady that took our call was very friendly and professional. This was a great experience. Great customer service and excellent pricing! We will definitely call them again.

Chris TImmons showed much integrity in the last repair visit. He did not try to upsell us, fixed the problem with minimal expense. He had to order an additional part and called the next day when the part was in. When telling him the unit worked satisfactorily, he suggested we wait to see if further problems in stead of paying for another service call and hiring them to do work that might not be necessary. Many other companies would have done it anyway. You can trust this company to be honest and deal with you with much integrity and respect.
