FIRST OFF: Thank you for coming over on a Sunday and thank you for not robbing me like other AC places wanted too. Eric was awesome! He knew his stuff! he was friendly and assured me He knew what to do, now my AC is ice cold and it doesnt make a rattling sound when running from the handler. That itself makes my quality of life better at home. Eric did not try to pressure sell me and did not take advantage of the situation. He was honest and represented his company with a trust worthy personality. Very happy and now I am signed up for annual maintenance because I finally found a company that knows their craft! AC went at at 3 am they were out to repair it by 11 am they did a great job and had me back in the coool in a short period of time and didnt gouge me in the process….
