National heating and air conditioner was very professional and stood by their work. A small hip cup in our installation , but was resolved without much problems. Our sales rep, Chris , stood by his work and recommendation on the right unit for our home. I would tell any one to use this company and feel confident that you are going to get first class work.I made mistake , my rep is Sean, not Chris. If you want a very professional company and sales rep start with Sean.

These Guys Andre and his team fixed my AC in no time at all they were professional polite and reliable. meant what they said and if they were going to do something they did it. No hassle fairly priced and all around Great service. will keep them on my radar for any of my AC issues or friends looking to have their AC fixed or maintenance.

By far the worst air conditioning service provider. Not only do the employee service techs seem to be extremely incompetent, in 6 months we have gone through 3 service techs and each one of them have either left the company or have been fired. Between providing defective thermostats and failing to properly install a brand new AC unit (that does not work as well as our replaced 15 year old model), I have yet to find a reason to give compliments to this company. The most recent tipping point is the thermostat that was provided by one of the service techs, broke after 4 months. To add salt to the wound, despite calling the company and stating that the thermostat is busted, when they send the service tech out, he doesn't have the thermostat. Overall the service for this company is some of the worst I have ever seen. Would not recommend for anyone

Strongly recommend! Our previous HVAC service company had installed the UV filter on the wrong side of the coils & fan! National spotted the problem and corrected it, without delay. My air is much, much cleaner as a result of that and all the other important work they did. And clean air has never been more important! The tech, Joe and the installers, Joe & Matt, were friendly and professional and cleaned-up after their work. National is my new company.

I signed up for a maintenance program with them and had to call them at least 5 times for the same problem. A/C inside kept turning off and every time someone came out to correct it they said it was a different problem so charged me and a few days later, the system wouldn't turn back on again!! Since have found another company and they fixed the problem right away!!

I DO NOT APPRECIATE A CALL EARLY IN THE MORNING ASKING ME TO USE YOUR SERVICES!! IF I WANTED TO HIRE YOU I WOULD HAVE CALLED YOU .... YOU DO NOT NEED TO CALL ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have no previous experience with this company and calls before 9am are NOT appreciated. Even the telemarketer scammers dont call that early.
