Blair's Air Conditioning & Heating

Haven't even used their service and likely never will. One of their van drivers muscled myself and one other driver out of our lane, while driving in the rain. I called the number on the van to let them know about the driver, and was put on hold. The driver pulled into the same neighborhood as I and began flipping me the middle finger while I was talking to his boss. He then got out of the van yelling and swearing at me and pounding on my car - all while I was on the phone with his boss! The boss asked me to identify him or the van and so i rolled down my window and held the phone out and asked him his name for his boss, to which he replied "you dont jeed my f***ing name!" So I gave the license plate number which he tried to block, but he hadn't realized I have a dash cam which is recording all of this event. All the boss said was they asked him to go back to the office for a counseling session. In my opinion this guy shouldn't be out on the road or dealing with customers, and a counseling session doesnt sound like it's going to do much. Knowing I had it all recorded on a dash cam didnt seem important to the boss, I told him I could send it to him and he said it wasn't necessary. As someone out in public, advertising for your company, youd think youd br a little smarter. Knowing the company employs guys like this means I'll never use them and this is a story that gets shared.

These guys saved my life!!! My air quit out on f nowhere, my husband was away on a business trip & I was solo in a hot house with my kids!!! Blair’s saved the day!! Added me to the end of their day, so we did not have to sleep in a hot house! Thank you!!

I wanted to commend your office and associate, Arthur Grayson for assisting Robert Zinn with an issue that came up now from work done back in 2006. Most companies would have washed their hands long ago for work done so long ago and through no fault of their own, but both your office and technician went above and beyond to assist with contacting the needed municipal officials to take care of a problem.
