Being a Property Manager on any given day I could be dealing with a multitude of issues, related to plumbing & AC, with that said I heavily rely on my resources. There has never been a time were Avis Plumbing & Air Conditioning has failed me. THANK YOU ! THANK YOU ! YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME !!!! :)

Avis Plumbing and Air Conditioning and their plumber Tom turned a very unpleasant situation into a not so bad experience. I had a pipe burst in my wall. After my HOA helped me isolate the broken pipe, I called Avis Plumbing to fix the pipe. It ended up costing me a heck of a lot less than originally expected. It was so affordable, I had them do a follow up service call to replace the main water valve along with doing a couple things to my hot water tank. It's nice to know that I now have someone in SWFL that I can rely-on for my plumbing and HVAC issues.

Service technician Michael serviced our AC unit and replaced a condenser exhaust duct. Michael's new fiber board duct design replacing the sheet metal is MUCH quieter and probably more efficient due to better air flow.
