My experience with the Team at Avis Plumbing and Air Conditioning was excellent! This was a little unusual as they were remedying an issue with a previously installed AC system and there were some issues with the permitting from that install. Scott Kennedy handled it liked a pro and got everything in motion to get it resolved quickly. I would definitely contact the team at Avis in the future and recommend them highly. Trevor was sent to our condo to hook up the ice maker on our new fridge. He efficiently and courteously completed that task. I mentioned that our air conditioning was not working. He said he was on the plumbing side of the business but would see if he could make a call to the office and figure it out. He facetimed someone on the air conditioning side and got it fixed while being talked through instructions. He saved us another service call by being willing to take a few minutes and call the office. He was courteous and knowledgeable and went above and beyond. Trevor is a true professional and a wonderful representative of Avis. Thank you again Trevor!

These guys are the best. Every conversation I had with an Avis employee was professional yet extremely comfortable. I could tell they would do the job right and charge me fairly. Ralph, my technician, was super helpful and took great care of us. I would recommend Avis to anybody looking to have some work done. I wish all companies were this easy to do business with.

The service technician who came out, Joe, did a great job. He was very helpful, informative, and really cares about the work he does for customers. My AC's running beautifully now!

I will not call another plumbing company. These guys are the best took care of air conditioning problem very quickly. I had Kollin and Haenden as my technicians and they dig a great job! Keep up the great service! See you in 6 months for my maintenance.

This is the second time I have relied on Avis to fix an issue at my house. Two years ago they helped me with an A/C unit. It needed a new motor and they got the part and had it fixed in no time.

Last week one of the outside hose bibb rusted off and the whole unit needed to be replaced. Mike Splendorio was sent out to fix it. Due to the way they build houses down here it can be a tricky fix, but Mike managed to get the hose bibb replaced without any issues.

Good service can be hard to find sometimes, Avis is a one of the good ones. Thanks Mike.

Had Mike Splendorio service tech to unclog my bathroom sink. Work work was done in quick time, repair completed. Mike was very helpful, left no mess and for that I would use Avis Pluming in the future as needed.

Edwin was excellent. I had a major backup and he was patient and really made me feel better and secure that it would get fixed. He worked extremely hard to get my water flowing again.

After Hurricane Ian Joe Jasilewicz came out and inspected the AC units on our roof as well as checking the AC units in our condo. He thoroughly checked all for physical damage as well as checking that they were operating correctly. Thanks Joe!

I called them, they answered the phone no vm or machine and they had Mike Splendorio out to fix my broken pipe within 2hrs of my call. He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. These are my go to guys for any future plumbing needs I highly recommend.
