Darwin was very pleasant and polite. More importantly very knowledgeable and worked quickly to resolve my issue. He even cleaned up the area after the work was done. Definitely recommend Avis to anyone in need of plumbing issues.

We switched this year from CA to Avis and bought our new HVAC system from them.
We were impressed then with them.
We had a little hick up the last 3 days because the heater didn't come on.
Called today, they send Raymond, a very experienced technician.
He fixed the problem in no time, but made also sure that there
was no other issue.
This company is the best company in town, we are so happy we made the switch

Matt did a great job for me. I thought I would need a new garbage disposal, but Matt saved me money by being honest and telling me he could probably just reset it and pull out the spoon that I let go down the drain. He even showed me how I could try to do it myself next time. He also fixed a leaky pipe for me. He obsessively checked it over and over before he left, just to make sure it was not leaking. Very thorough! He even made friends with my little dog, who was locked up in the bedroom while the plumbing work was going on. Matt was very professional, friendly, and did a great job.

We had emergency A/C work done. Colin C. from Avis Plumbing did a fantastic job. Very responsive and worked through several issues via text and phone with a calm and understanding attitude. He gave me explanations of what needed to be done in a professional way that I could completely understand. Thanks Colin & Avis for a job well done!

My sewage pump station in my community broke down on Saturday night before Easter. Toilets were backed up, and sewage was flowing in the street. Joe Jasilewicz promptly came out onsite and, within 40 mins, diagnosed the electrical problem, replaced the fuse, cleaned and tested the holding tank, and had the system back up and running. Joe's expertise saved us much grief, saving us from potential backup into our homes.

First time calling Avis. Matt came out and was able to fix a toilet that had a constant leak and replace the line that was no longer working as well. Matt did a great job. He was on time, courteous, and professional. Pricing was fair and I would definitely recommend their plumbing services. Thanks Avis and Matt.

I called Avis and they were able to send a Technician out after hours to come see what was going on. Kollin Croyle was my repair man and he was awesome!
