AC Direct

I called Paul at AC Direct on Monday to ask for a quote for new AC / Heating system at our condo in Flagler Beach. Paul was at the condo same day and sent a quote the same day that was less than half the first local AC company quote and $2500 less than the second quote and with a better brand, Carrier, and they could install in two days rather than two weeks. Installation done today and AC Direct saved the day and a lot of $$$.

I am beyond satisfied with the service provided by AC Direct. My AC broke and I called a few local companies to see when someone could come out; they all told me it would take 2-3 days just for someone to come out to look at my AC system. However, AC Direct was able to get me on the schedule quickly and sent someone out the same day in the evening. Jerry, the technician, was very respectful and professional; he answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I will 100% be recommending AC Direct and Jerry to my friends!

Came out and replaced my thermostat, when they learned that wasn't the issue, they came right back out the next day and did further testing and diagnosing and solved my problem. In under 24 hours of having AC issues they were not only able to come out twice but also able to fix my issue. Very helpful and would use again in the event of future A/C problems.

I was very happy with the service I received. They came when they said they would which I need them the same day bc I had no ac and it was unbareable their price was lower than all the other places I called which was many but no one else was able to come last min on a Friday afternoon they were here about 20 min had my air conditioner fixed and left! I couldn't be more greatful for their service!

I needed a WiFi-enabled thermostat installed. AC Direct was able to do it within a couple of days after contacting them. The job was done quickly, efficiently and it did not cost that much. I am highly satisfied!

AC Direct was chosen over 8 other companies to do our 3.5 ton heat pump replacement and install. The unit they were replacing was 25 years old and the ducts are 45 or older. Jerry and Nate came out on time. Pulled the permit and went to work after briefly consulting with me. Shortly into the job they realized the old ducts attached to the air handler would have to be replaced as they literally were falling apart as they touched the inside to clean them for the new install. Well they worked tirelessly for over 10 hours rebuilding the duct and connecting the new unit. The new unit works flawlessly and the install is the best you could hope for. I understood that not all of the new duct work was included in the job bid and I asked then to give me the new price for all the additional work done. The work was absolutely required or the new unit would function properly nor would the duct have lasted much longer without coming apart and clogging the new air handler. They came back and told me the price would not change. They wanted me to be happy and they simply could not have left that old duct work and felt good about the job they had performed. Jerry actually had his son bring him new pieces all the way from Palm Coast so they could finish.. Amazing!! I have over 30 years in the Maintenance field industrial and residential. I am a licensed EPA Technician to work and dispose of freon. I have owned my home for 22 years and no A/C company has ever worked on my A/C . All repairs including replacing the outside condenser unit 12 years ago have been done by me. If you contact AC Direct I will show you pictures and the new unit and install. Matt was right there for me when I called and said I had no AC. He was professional, offered two prices and came ASAP to have the new unit installed. This was a very good experience the guys Dan and Nate were easy to communicate with and did very very neat work and their workmanship reassured me that I made the right choice working with AC Direct but it all started with the owner himself coming out to do the estimate and when I say their prices are fare I mean their prices are fare.
