Ras and Casey are amazing! My elderly father asked them if they change smoke detector batteries and Ras grabbed a ladder and got the job done!!!

I called for an emergency repair, my AC stopped blowing cold. I called and talked to Scott. He had some at my condo in 8 minutes! Wow, Jordon, the technician, came right away and got to work. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it and was super friendly, very professional and answered all my questions and was done in about an hour. Thank you so much Discount Air Condition. I will be calling you back when it is time to get a new unit. Great job!

Great customer service personality. My order was for maintenance only, however I asked for another problem I was having. The serviceman readily agreed and gave me a professional diagnosis and a great value cost. BECAUSE I was satisfied with performance, I signed for a 2 year maintenance man. Better safe than sorry.

Unit 2 years old warranty module $247 replacement cost and $99 service call. Disappointed that part under warranty had a charge $247, should be covered.
