I was given Discount Air Conditioning's info after having an issue with my condenser. Ras and Brandi were so kind and helpful during the whole process. I had already asked another company to come out the night before, and I tell you, it put me in a bad spot. I did not know who to trust, but I will 1000% call them for all of my a/c needs! They took my info down, called me back promptly, and were very knowledgeable and made it easy for me to understand. Ras made this one of the best service calls I have experienced. He gave me options and reasonable prices, even during summer and with all of the inflation and raised cost of materials and fuel! I cannot thank you enough for even just the peace of mind and knowing you have my back. Thank you Ras and Brandi!

I had a new ac put in a couple of years ago and needed to reg maintenance. A friend suggested Discoumt Air. They were able to see me the next week. It was the owner Raz, who came. He was very pleasant and thorough explaining things as he went along. He even almost crawled into duct vent to see how clean they were. When outside checking unit he even washed it with a hose. There was a light t h at was burned out in the air handerler and he was able to take it and find a replacement. He even got on the floor to give my kitty love. All this was for the love special price of $49.00. Not having another company I signed up for their annual maintenance program that again was more than reasonable. I enjoyed, felt very comfortable and safe
With this person in my home. I have already recommended this company to my friends.

Raz and Casey run a great air conditioning company that does a great job with repairs, maintenance and replacement HVAC equipment.

Casey came out to assess my AC issue and was
very professional and explained everything he did. Discount Air Conditioning also installed the unit about a year ago and had great customer service then too. I Highly recommend this company.

The Discount Air Technician - Mark - came to provide our AC maintenence service. He was on-time, professional, and did a good thorough job checking both AC systems. Mark also provided some recommendations on additional items to install that would improve the efficiency and longevity of our system.

I’m the kinda of guy who will run to the window to watch a snow plow come down the street, so I was pleased when Casey allowed me to watch him work. He was fantastic. He showed me what kinds of things he looks for and gave advice about how to maintain the system through the year. Very personable, professional and trustworthy. Yeah, I’ll be calling Casey back next time.

I have been having problems with my old A/C unit. It was noisy and wouldn’t cool the house. After talking with Scott Rupert from Discount I found out that the unit I have was too small for my house. He recommended a larger unit. After I had already spent 1300.00 on my old unit and it still would not cool correctly, Scott took off 1300.00 from the new unit. We just had it installed. What a difference. The workers where very polite and friendly. They where careful not to get my floors dirty. I would highly recommend this company.
