On April 21, 2022 I experienced a power surge that knocked out my AC power box. I called the 24 hour line at 4am and I got a call back at 7am! They came out that very day. As the day progressed, my issues grew and my old system just kept failing. Discount AC never gave up! They just kept at it. Bottom line, I needed a new unit. They worked with me to find the best system for my home. Discount AC really took care of me - no games - didn't try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Genuine, knowledgeable, professional, quick and proficient. After the install was done, Discount AC actually left me WAY better off than I ever was before the power surge! I will always call them. I trust them. I highly recommend Discount AC to anyone looking for honest, quick, expert service with affordable rates.

I started having issues with my AC and didn’t know who to call or trust. I searched online and found Discount Air Conditioning. I called them, and I’m so glad that I did!

I made an appointment and had a tech out the same day. Ras came out and diagnosed the issue quick. He was very honest and upfront about what was going on. The blower wheel got knocked out of alignment due to accumulation of dust/dirt. He gave me very fair pricing on how much it would be to remove it from my attic space and clean it/adjust it.

The second tech came out shortly after. Houston came and did the clean/repair. He was very professional and did an amazing job. He had our AC up and running in no time!

Houston, our hvac maintenance man, was prompt, very knowledgeable, and explained everything he did while he was working. He answered all my questions with knowledge. Smartest thing I did was to go with Discount A/C.

Ras was great! Very professional. I am happy Ras was able to get to me the day I called. Unfortunately the price was a bit steep. I only know because my husband is very handy and could have gotten the part for approx. $300.00 and fix it himself but he was not in town. I needed to get back up and running because my 2 month old grand baby was visiting so it is what it is. 😉
