Perfect Degrees Air Conditioning

This company "GETS" customer service. My AC went out in the middle of the summer and I was referred to them by a coworker. Very happy I decided to go with them. These companies loves FF, PD, and military. Been 5 months since they finished the install had ZERO problems and love the system. Its quiet, efficient, and freezes us out. Fred is a perfectionist so you do not have to worry about anything being wrong or looking ugly.

Fred was very helpful, the Ac in my salon was broken and needed it fixed asap! Fred and his partner were very fast with fixing the Ac and was very understanding. They gave us the best service, and are very friendly and professional. They know what they are doing, I definitely recommend them to help fix your needs.

This AC company is GREAT. ALWAYS ON TIME. Very efficient in their work, reasonable fees whether it's for replacement or maintenance of AC units or Hot Water Heaters. When entering our home they always put on protective coverings over their boots or shoes. Their owner Fred as well as their workers are always cordial, and very easy to talk to. They always leave the work area neat and clean when finished. I highly recommend them for any AC or Plumbing installation or repairs.

We have had excellent service for several years in West Palm Beach. Last night on a Thursday Chelsea called back after I called very late. She said that she would send someone in the morning. It was so nice to get that call so that I could stop worrying about whether we would have no AC with the weekend coming up. We slept with the windows open and thank God it is January. As promised Conrad was there and fixed our AC in the morning and we are COOL again. We have a maintenance agreement and that is the way to go. Thank you Perfect Degrees and I would recommend this company to anyone!!!

we are married 33 years; owned five homes over our adult life. Just did our first job with Perfect Degrees after the company we used for 30 plus years went out of business. I am so glad I found Perfect Degrees to save my family from our air conditioning crisis. Our 5-year-old A/C coil is rusted, leaking refrigerant and it is not cooling down. I have noticed our electricity bill went up and the A/C was constantly on. Fred and his team came quickly and pinpointed the problem. He really spent time and explained the situation to me. The whole crew is courteous, friendly, and professional. They have company service trucks, dressed in uniforms, and took measures to protect customer's house in the service area. I highly recommend Perfect Degrees to all your A/C needs. They do plumbing, too.

We had our A/C unit replaced 1 year ago and can't say enough great things about our experience with Fred and the entire staff of Perfect Degrees A/C.

In the 3 years prior, we had at least 5 other 'well-known' A/C companies come to our home to solve our poor cooling A/C. They recommended (and we paid for) everything from cleaning the entire duct system to spray foaming the attic. It took Fred 5 minutes to look at our A/C intake and point out the problem. One week later, they expanded the intake, replaced our old unit and we've been sitting cool ever since (pun intended).

Our FPL costs have gone down, but most importantly, we can have more than 2 guests over without breaking into a sweat. They have a customer for life. Thank you!!

The technicians Steve, Dave, and Hayden all arrived right on time at each visit I got. Steve was able to diagnose the problem and then Dave and Hayden worked diligently, even in the rain, to install my new part. They all were very courteous and patient, and I was very impressed that the owner Fred called within 30 mins of the final visit to make sure everything was working correctly. Once again this company has saved me from losing business from a broken AC! They showed up for me on the same day I called when they were backed up and finished my repair the same day. I can't say enough great things about this company. From the first phone call, the woman who answers is always super nice, attentive and stays in constant contact with me from beginning to end. The repair guys are always top notch, very polite and explain everything so you understand what they are doing every step. And pricing is spot on for anything they do. This is my go to for AC repairs and It should be yours too trust me.

After dealing with 6 contractors for 2 weeks , we had no conclusive direction of which brand or product to select. Luckily we found Fred from Perfect Degrees Boca Raton . Within 2 days we replaced our two 18 year old air conditioners with newer more efficient units. Fred and his staff were very professional. Prices were great . Fred actually put all three of my systems on Wi-Fi so that we can control them away from home. Great Job
