Perfect Degrees Air Conditioning

We called Perfect Degrees the other day because we were experiencing water in our A/C pan. We made an appointment with the young lady on the phone, who was welcoming and personable. An A/C technician came to the house and performed a full maintenance check. He was friendly and thorough. The owner himself stopped by after it was determined that we needed a new compressor. He reassured we that he would have the work done the following day (today). We received a call before 8am today, reiterating that a tech would be out to replace the compressor and clean the coils. The tech arrived and promptly got to work. It took a few hours and it was very, very hot out. The tech, Tyrone, stayed happy and jovial throughout his entire time here and never once complained about the heat. He did great work, and was neat and professional, and cleaned up his work area - both inside and outside. Both technicians wore masks and booties over their shoes. Thank you!!! Who do you turn too when you need a new AC? Its a major purchase that can go horribly wrong. Our air conditioner died so I started shopping and asking around, a friend at work suggested that I reach out to Fred at Perfect Degrees and that he used them had a good experience, then I read the other reviews here and started to feel pretty good about this company. I spoke to Fred who came out the same afternoon and gave us a quote. His crew was out the following day and completely switched out our central AC in and afternoon. No mess, polite and professional. I cant say enough about how pleased I am. 5 stars.

I simply cannot state how unbelievably happy I am with the service provided by Perfect Degrees Air Conditioning. The entire company top-to-bottom is professionally run and reasonably priced. They responded to our emergency call over a weekend and were able to correct the problem at a minimal cost. We decided to sign up for routine maintenance with them and they have gone above and beyond our expectations with this service. They have our home system running in great shape so that we won't have any more emergencies in the future! I happily recommend them to all of my family and friends in the area.

Perfect degrees installed two new air conditioners in my home. Their workers were professional, extremely neat and work quickly. The work was completed in one day and I am extremely pleased with my units and new thermostats. Fred sent someone to my home to program and explain the thermostats.I could not have had a better experience. I highly recommend this company!!!

Long story short had fred out to give me a quote after my usual ac company diagnosed the machine needing to be replaced. Fred quoted me and after a conversation the next day , he decided to come out to my home again to diagnose the ac himself. Fred found that my normal ac company had sabotaged my machine, cutting a power wire and emptying the freon. He fixed the wiring issue and my ac was back up and running. Fred's honestly and professionalism was extremely appreciated. He saved me thousands of dollars and gained a customer. Fred was very knowledgeable and I am confident in my decision to use perfect degree for all my air conditioning needs from now on!Thank you again!

I would highly recommend Perfect Degrees for all your air conditioning needs. Fred (the owner) and his crew went above and beyond to get my a/c unit working properly. They had to come several times to put Freon just to get us through the day until they were able to repair a problem. No charge for the service calls or the Freon. Fred is great at thinking out of the box to fix a problem, and their prices are very fair.

My A/C completely died, which is never fun in South Florida. Fred came out immediately on a Friday gave me a very fair quote and was fully comfortable with me shopping with 3 other local companies before making a final decision. He put no pressure into the situation even though I wanted to move quickly. After getting 3 other quotes which will all considerably higher, we moved forward with Perfect Degrees. Awesome! They were out first thing the next day (Saturday) with everything needed for the job. The team was nice, left no mess, and genuinely cared about doing a great job. We have a cold house again! Thanks to Fred and his great team!!!

The guys were great during the installation of my whole new AC. They even made sure my puppy didnt escape. They were polite, efficient, knowledgable and cleaned up when they were done! I can recommend this company and this crew and others from Perfect Degrees without hesitation.

I can’t say enough good things about the team at Perfect Degrees AC. Everyone from Fred and Conrad, who came out several times after hours to make sure I wasn’t hot, to Sara in the office, these people are truly the best in the business. I obtained competitors’ quotes, shopped around, and did my homework, but at the end of the day - even if I had found a better price (which I didn’t), I would have stayed with Perfect Degrees for the professionalism and courtesy they showed me. I never felt they were taking advantage of me, which I believe is rare. They were clean, efficient, and always showed up when they said they would. I will always use them for any service or installation I have in the future and can’t recommend them enough! Customer for life!!

Fred and his team go above and beyond to do things the right way. I needed a new water heater and they did a great job cleaning up the utility closet and installing the new unit. They also noted that even though I had the A/C serviced a month or so earlier, it was in bad shape. They didn't hesitate to dig in and fix it right then and there. They did an excellent job servicing the A/C unit and corrected the issues the previous company left behind. I can't say enough about the quality of work.
