Perfect Degrees Air Conditioning

I had Perfect Degrees installed a new HVAC few years ago and they were great. I was happy with their service. However, I called Perfect Degrees for service last month and quoted $1495 to replace the condenser fan which was in warranty by the way. I did agreed to it since I trusted Perfect Degrees. However, when I received the invoice, somehow the technician was from Air Around the Clock? Was I being sold as a lead to Air Around the Clock? I noticed I got ripped off. The condenser fan replacement was only $695. The technician told me this and that needed to be replaced, blah, blah, blah you know how it goes. I opened the unit afterward and they weren't changed. This company don't honor the warranties. Or maybe you can explain how 3 hours labor cost $1495.

To anyone who requires Air Conditioning or Plumbing Service (All of South Florida!) The VERY BEST is Fred and his staff at Perfect Degrees. You can expect NOTHING from this company but the HIGHEST quality work at fair prices and whatever Fred recommends, you can “take it to the bank” that he will make it his sole purpose to do the job promptly, meticulously and that he will PERSONALLY stand behind anything that he says or does. Action speaks louder than words...YOU WILL BE SATISFIED. He is virtually the only contractor that I have EVER dealt with that takes care of EVERYBODY like they are immediate family. They have your best interests in mind when they recommend a repair or equipment replacement. SLEEP COMFORTABLE PEOPLE, I sure do! Please review the before and after photos of the very challenging and complex job he did for us this week...ALL IN ONE DAY so we didn’t have to endure not even one night of discomfort in this sweltering climate we live in!

I am super happy with Perfect Degrees Air Conditioning. They have a no nonsense approach to doing business. From the estimate procedure which was very quick and very actuate. The equipment they offered up was only the best, which was a comfort that others did not offer. I had great confidence that they were the company I was going with. A team of two technicians and the owner showed up on time, and approached the job with great proficiency. Every man knew his job went to work immediately, their attention to details was very impressive. In the total of 3 hours not only did I have cold air again, Perfect Degrees treated my home with great care that my wife never knew they were here. From the trucks, to their uniforms, and most of all their courtesy attitude demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and pride. I am going to recommend them to all my family and friends. I have attached a picture of my new Carrier air handler to demonstrate Perfect Degrees level of proficiency and pride in their workmanship.

Perfect Degrees is the most professional and reliable installation and repair service I have ever dealt with in over 35 years. The service people are well trained and extremely friendly. The customer service department is always available and well informed. The owner is hands-on, and has always been responsive to my AC issues.
Besides being knowledgeable, they are priced very reasonably.
Perfect Degrees did a two unit installation last year and the workmanship was exemplary.

This is the best HVAC company in the area. We recently had an emergency situation where we needed prompt install of a new AC. Fred came the next day and we had a new system up and running and working great. They were courteous, prompt and professional. They also did some additional repair to the duct system. Cannot recommend Fred and his team enough! We previously used them for maintenance in our old home, but when we completely renovated our new house and the builder did not replace our 8 year old dead AC unit, Fred came immediately over and diagnosed the problem and scheduled us for an install ASAP. His entire team of technicians worked meticulously keeping my house immaculate while they worked to replace the dead machine in the attic. Hayden in particular, spent the entire day up in my attic taking apart the old handler and putting together the new one piece by piece. Not an easy job but he did it and finished with a smile! HIRE THESE GUYS! Don't mess around. Perfect Degrees is the best!!

Only EXCELLENT experiences with Perfect Degrees Air Conditioning over the last six years!!! Led by the owner Fred Roberts, the technicians operate in the most professional of ways. Great communication about appointments, timing and the work to be done. Once work begins on original equipment or maintenance of existing equipment, the technicians determine what’s needed and properly install/fix the air conditioning unit quickly & efficiently. Shout out to our most recent technician Marco, who called ahead to provide notice of his arrival time, explained the issue clearly and completed all work successfully. Fred is honest and I trust his & his technician’s ability to properly assess and solve all my a/c issues. As such, PDAC provides great value and peace of mind in those dire times when the a/c requires attention. 5 out of 5 stars!!!

Great experience from start to finish. The team at Perfect Degrees was very accommodating to us by agreeing to do our install down in Hollywood, FL after our AC broke....which is not normally their area of service. The owner Fred & manager Sara were always in contact with us throughout the project, plus they made some suggestions that saved us $$ with the roofer and worked around our schedule so that we could get some roof work done at the same time, since we have a rooftop unit. Highly recommend this team for AC install, great job and thank you!
