The reason for one star is my AC was working but had a small leak so two guys came from this company to change a coil in the attic and after they left the next day the AC stopped working. We spent 3 days without AC because you guys sent two guys who were inexperienced to a job they shouldn’t have been doing.

My AC went out overnight and with the little ones at home, the repairs had to happen asap. A representative called me at night and assured a technician was coming by the following day. The following day came, and to my surprise, I woke up to a text message with the technician time of arrival. The technician was not only on time, he was very professional and courteous. He worked promptly identifying the issue with my ac and fixing it in no time. Highly recommend this company services.
