Didn't think to ask the tech's name, but his communication was great and he answered every question I had honestly whether it was good or bad news. 100% recommend!

We had the worst experience with our AC system. We previously hired another company that advised us that we had a leak in the AC coil. Once the leaks was repaired the AC still wasn’t working. It was actually worse. I didn’t trust the previous company to come back out. So I did extensive research and decided to give AC2 a try. Rosa called me back within a half an hour and Justin was at my house within a couple of hours. This was also on a Saturday. Justin was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the issue and repair it fast. Apparently it was negligence on the previous company’s part and our issue was something that could have been avoided. I am just glad Justin was able to fix the issue and that he did it fast. The price was also something that was very reasonable. These guys know what they are doing! Don’t be skeptical and give this company a try. You will not regret it! We are 100% happy with the service that was provided and they have gained customers for life! Thank you so much AC2 for being such an amazing company. I only wish other companies were as great as AC2.

Got a free estimate for replacing my upstairs AC unit. The office confirmed the appoint day of. The technician arrived on time and answered all of my questions.

There were some pretty major issues with the first install we got but as soon as the review was posted I was contacted immediately and a solution was figured out, the new job is beautiful everything is cleaned up, overall an above and beyond response

I placed a last-minute call late this morning to AC2 HVAC Services because the initial technician that I had scheduled with another vendor showed up with no ladders, tools, etc., so he left without doing anything at all. I then called AC2 HVAC Services and spoke with Shallan who was very empathetic and worked very hard to get a technician here as soon as possible. Elijah arrived as scheduled and completed all testing and diagnostics. Unfortunately the condenser is shot and needs to be replaced, which he could not do today, however I will await their quote for replacement and will look forward to a technician returning to replace the condenser early next week. Great service. Very professional. Highly recommended.
