Reggie came out yesterday and was very professional and informative. Our AC and thermostat were not turning on due to a blown fuse and rubbed thermostat line on the exterior unit. He was able to get those up and running for us. Unfortunately, this was only half the problem. I then contacted the company and they are coming back out today. Hopefully, this will resolve everything. I will keep updating.

This unit was running non-stop. Reggie found duct work not correctly installed and fixed my problem. He was on site with tenants and reassured them unit would not only work correctly ..but more efficiently. He explained the problem to me long distance to me over the phone. Great service!

Justin is always honest and fair. He saved us thousands of dollars after another company tried to rip us off.

We thought we had reputable company come out. They told us that we needed a new compressor (the heart of the AC) so they ordered the part. However, it took over 5 days for them to receive it so we were without AC in the hottest days of summer. (with 4 kids including a baby). Luckily the PART was covered by the manufacturer. But the LABOR was NOT they told us it would be over 2000k to repair it. And we also paid them $115 for the diagnosis.

Something told me it just didn't sound right. So I reached out to Justin and he showed up that same day. And magically fixed my AC in less than 15 minutes. It was not the compressor it was the capacitor. That other company totally lied to us. It's so important to know a good trustworthy AC technician. So many people just want to rip you off.

But the Best part was he was in and out for under $200.

It's important to have someone you can trust.
