Excellent service! Nick & Nick came over in 4-5 hours upon calling Stan's and helped sort out the issue with my heating system. They also knew the previous owners of this house who had recommended them highly. What I liked the most is they explained every step of the way what was going wrong and what were they going to do to fix it! I highly appreciate when technicians take the interest and care to first explain before touching an unit.

I am really fond of this company. They make every attempt to make you feel like your family. They are very prompt, thorough and clean. They will explain the process before and after and also do a follow up call to make sure no problem has occurred. I randomly picked this company 2 or 2 1/2 years ago and been with them every since. Any problems with pipes, in which they repiped my whole house, Installed AC unit and Furnace which has not worked in 6+ years. I am very satisfied with Stan Perkoski company. Thanks you guys!😉

They were courteous and professional. The staff was in contact with me regarding my appointment. The gentleman who performed the service was respectful and informative. I felt comfortable with him in my home and the whole experience showed a company with integrity and service at the top of its list.

My well water tank and components rusted out and my crawl space was getting soaked. I got immediate help on the phone and plumbers came out within the promised window of time. They made the repair taking time to explain the process to me and were very professional and polite.

We've depended on Stan and crew for 12+ years. Office staff is friendly and responsive. Tech guys are top notch. We had repair work done, new HVAC install and maintenance work over the years. Always on time, if not early. Never had an issue they could not diagnose quickly and repair efficiently. They've handled in and out of warranty issues for us. And always seem to go that extra step. Stephen came to my house and was such a delightful person. It’s rare that you meet people in this industry who are so knowledgeable and helpful all at once. Stephen was able to provide me a true picture of what was wrong with my system, and possible ways to rectify. Called at 12 am the night before and they were there the next morning at 10 a.m. It is awful not to have A/C in 90 degree weather, so, I am extremely grateful for the exceptionally prompt service. They had the a/c fixed in 30 minutes. Very happy with great service.

They did a diagnostic on my heater and they were very helpful on what I needed to do.

Called on a holiday morning (Jan 2), but still someone came out within hours. Impressed, and will use them for future needs!

Stan Perkoski's have been doing my HVAC maintenance and repairs for over 9 years. The service people are polite, professional, skilled, and thorough. As a single woman, I never have any qualms about letting them into my home, and am always very happy with the service they provide--they keep my HVAC running in tip-top shape!

11/11/21 Last week, I came home from work to discover that my house was cold. I called Stan's, and since it was after hours, I had to leave a message. Nick, the manager, called me back within 10 minutes. I told him that my furnace wasn't working, and he told me he would see me first thing in the morning. He and his assistant were at my house promptly at 9:00, where they quickly determined that my inducer pump had failed. Nick gave me the option of replacing the pump (5 days/$2,000+) or the furnace itself ($5,000/tomorrow/furnace is 10 years old), with no pressure on either option. I chose to install the newer, more fuel-efficient furnace (warm tomorrow!), and Nick very graciously was able to arrange the schedule to indeed do it the next day so I could attend a craft show I had been planning on the day after. The installers arrived promptly at 9:00, with Nick shortly behind them at 9:15 to check in. The installers worked diligently all day, without even a break for lunch, until they hit a glitch with the condensate pump about 6:00 pm. They very freely admitted that this was beyond their abilities. and Nick reached out to tell me he would be there first thing in the morning to fix it himself--and that I could still go to my show! I was enjoying the show when I got a call from Nick asking me what temperature he should set the furnace on!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about how responsive Nick and his crew were during this whole situation. WONDERFUL customer service--every service person who was in my house was absolutely professional, polite, and helpful! Five stars!
