I was very surprised and happy with how smooth the process went with this company. Steve came to the house and soon after gave us a quote for a new HVAC system. They had the best and most affordable prices, and he introduced me to the Energize Delaware program. I was able to get an appt for our house audit the same day I called and received the report 2 days later. Installation day was easy, and the two gentlemen who installed the system were hard at work all day. The very next day I was able to get my post installation inspection done so that our rebate paperwork could be sent off. I must say that I was dreading the process of getting a new HVAC system and applying for the rebate through the program but this was so easy and Steve was super helpful during the whole process. When I initially called they told me they weren’t a sales company and they held true to their word. If you are in the market for a new system, furnace, or AC, you can’t beat the prices they offer and the customer service they provided!

Called this company to take a look at my furnace because it wasn't working. They were able to come out on the same day within a few hours of calling. Service was exceptional, and I was so happy they could fix it for a reasonable price. I will definitely continue to use them.
Edited 5/15 - I had to replace my HVAC system and this company did a thorough job, didn't leave a mess, and had it replaced within a few days. Since it was the middle of winter, they could not complete the AC service and told me they would come out in the spring. I never heard from them, but when I contacted them about it, they did priority scheduling to take care of it.

Very quick courteous friendly and thourgh. They made sure everything was working correctly in our very old heating system. They double checked everything before they left. Definitely satisfied

They did a great job with two, full bathroom renovations. Work included complete gutting and all new plumbing and finishes.

Stan came out on last minute notice and fixed our water which had a leak at the main. Did a great job, highly recommend.
